Quick Guide Managing Existing Projects
Managing existing Projects This quick guide gives an overview of important points in relation to managing existing projects. With ongoing projects, you may find that you wish to add candidates, check completion status, send reminders, or generate additional reports. Some of these topics are covered in detail in their own quick guides. Additional candidates can be added to an existing project at any time. However, we recommend that you check that the reports and the invitation email are correct for the new candidate(s): Automatic Report configuration Before adding new candidates, you may wish to check that the current reports configured for automatic generation are appropriate for them. If not, you can either change the configuration or, if there are other existing candidates yet to complete, consider creating a separate project. Select Configure Automatic Reporting from the list of options on the left side of the screen On the report configuration page, remove unwanted reports by clicking the remove icon Click the Add Reports button and select the reports you require exactly as you would with a new project. For more information, see Quick Guide to creating a New Project. 2

Select View Project Details from the list of options on the left side of the screen, then click on Edit Project from the list of options on the left hand side Click the Edit Languages, a link on the left side of the screen Click on the icon to make your amendments Once you have added and removed the relevant languages, click Confirm Click Confirm on the next screen Click Save Changes on the next screen email configuration Before adding new candidates, you may wish to check that the invitation email contains the correct information, particularly in relation to deadline dates. Select View Project Details from the list of options on the left side of the screen, then pick Edit Project Emails Click the edit icon next to the invitation email template, review the text and then click the Save Changes button Repeat the last step for the report generation and reminder templates Once you are happy with all three templates, click Save 3

Started means they have partially completed their assessments. Completed means that the candidate has completed all tests within the project. It is possible to send a reminder email to candidates with a status of Created or Started. For more information, see Quick Guide to Sending Reminder emails. If you need to send 50 or more reminder emails out please get in touch with the Saville Consulting support team who can organise a bulk reminder email. Viewing Generated Reports All reports which the administrator has generated are permanently stored on the My Reports tab. However, when managing a project, it is sometimes useful to be able to see all the reports generated within it. Select View Generated Reports from the list of options on the left side of the screen 4 A 0 The list can be searched or filtered alphabetically or numerically. The Z or 9 icons at Z 9 the head of each column sort the list in ascending order, the A or 0 icons in descending order.
