One-screen Follow-up Manual DirectCall Message DirectCall messages can be sent in one of 27 languages: English (US and UK), Arabic, Castilian Spanish, Catalonian Spanish, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese). Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (European and Brazilian), Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish Patient language preference can be selected in the patient profile. Messages default to the language selected for screen display. DirectCall messages supplement other forms of communication and reduce telephone calls back and forth between the clinic and patient. For voice messages, a generic greeting is used for all messages. This is your implanted cardiac device clinic calling This distinguishes the DirectCall message from calls the patient may receive from other physicians offices.
One-screen Follow-up EHRDirect Export If Merlin.net PCN is mapped to an electronic health record (EHR) system,* the system can copy transmission data to the EHR via EHRDirect Export. Select the transmission/transmissions you wish to export. If EHRDirect Export is enabled, data will automatically be exported. *To activate EHRDirect Export, contact Merlin.net PCN Customer Support or your local St. Jude Medical Representative.
One-screen Follow-up EHRDirect Export If EHRDirect Export is not enabled, select the destination of the export for the patients listed. Export types include: PC Database using an intermediary product, like the Paceart system Get Connected III Transmission Data which is an export of the original transmission data to a local disk Paceart is a trademark of Medtronic, Inc.
One-screen Follow-up Archiving Archiving clears transmissions from the Recent Transmissions screen. All transmissions are stored in the Patient List and can always be viewed under the All Transmissions tab associated with a specific patient record.
One-screen Follow-up Archiving To archive Only users designated as Physicians or Allied Health Professionals are able to archive transmissions. Users designated as Assistants cannot archive transmissions. Viewed and unviewed transmissions can be archived. Note: The transmission remains in the same status as when archived.
