The following guide is to help exhibitors input their information smoothly into the Event Directory. We hope you make practical use of this guide, so you will not encounter problems in the process of entry. GENERAL INFORMATION The Event Directory is an online service provided to exhibitors. It is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to maximize their company advertising and marketing. This service allows exhibitors to register their company information and product details on the official SEMICON Korea website that is accessible to approximately 40,000 annual visitors of the event. (2017 registered visitors: 41,277) Visitors will be able to view and search exhibitor company profile, press release, product categories, listing and descriptions before, through and after the exhibition. As part of our commitment to go green and reduce our carbon footprint, we will NOT PRINT the Event Directory. We will provide a printed Visitor Guide, which will only include exhibiting company name and a reference to the booth number on the show floor. Input deadline for the Event Directory is Wednesday, January 10, 2018. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Enter Exhibitor Log-in and log in with the password provided by SEMI Korea. Contact SEMI Korea if you have not received your log in information. PW provided is case-sensitive. Ex: 681JE5QAA

2. Review your company name, booth number and the four sections below. EDIT BOOTH/COMPANY INFO MANAGE PRODUCTS MANAGE PRESS RELEASES MANAGE SERVICE ORDERS EVENT DIRECTORY GUIDE Booth # and Preview button Company name appears at top 3. Input information to each section. 4. After inputting all information, click on the icon next to your booth number. A new tab will appear with the preview. Review your information and make further edits if needed.

1. EDIT BOOTH/COMPANY INFO Add all relevant company information such as contact information, categories, additional exhibitor info and share what is happening in your booth. Contact Information: Basic company information and/or introduction. Default information is from the company record copied from previous year profile. If you are a new exhibitor, all fields will be in blank. Default information will appear from the company record or copied from previous year profile, if exhibited Please comply with upload regulations (px, format, size)

1. EDIT BOOTH/COMPANY INFO (cont.) Categories: Select the categories for your products and services. Unknown visitors may search for specific categories and visit your booth. Additional Exhibitor Info: Input URL to your company SNS and local company name. [NOTE] Be sure to see Your online booth has been modified when you click save.

2. MANAGE PRODUCTS Add up to six of your company s major products along with two images (small and large) for each product. The small image and description is viewed in the products list and the large image and detailed information is displayed when the product is selected. To input information in Korean, click Korean and Edit Once you add a product, you can see your product in the list and add up to six products 3. MANAGE PRESS RELEASES Upload press releases in this section. Five press release slots will be available for upload. Image insert is not available in this section.

4. MANAGE SERVICE ORDERS You will be linked to the Online Service Registration website. You may apply new or modify existing service orders. Enter the password provided, same to the Event Directory. Once you log in, you will find service forms which are mandatory or optional according to your booth type.

5. PREVIEW Preview your information and make further edits if needed. EVENT DIRECTORY GUIDE
