Overview mystanwell.com provides remote access to mydesktop via the Internet on your Apple device using your Stanwell desktop username, password, and SecurID token. Through the Citrix Receiver App you can connect to mydesktop, and see the same menus, applications etc as you would logged on at work. If you have not been allocated a SecurID token, you can still use mystanwell.com to access your email and the Emergency & Communication website with your Stanwell desktop credentials. If you experience any issues whist trying to access mystanwell.com please contact the Service Desk on (07) 3228 4111 during business hours. 1. Installing Citrix Receiver Application 1. Power on the device 2. Choose the App Store icon (screen below) Page: 3 of 14
3. Tap in the Search window on the top right and enter citrix receiver. Select the relevant Citrix Reciver listed under the ipad or iphone Apps section. Press Free and then Install App Note: You may be prompted to enter your password Page: 4 of 14
4. The Application will begin downloading. When complete you will see an icon as shown below: 2. Configuring Citrix Receiver with mystanwell 1. Open Safari and enter the following into the address field and select Go citrixreceiver://createprofile?s=https://mobile.mystanwell.com&pname=mystanwell&d=stanwel l&gw=1&gwt=2&gwa=3 Page: 5 of 14
2. The Citrix Receiver app will now launch and prompt to add an account. Tap Add Account as shown below Page: 6 of 14
3. The settings page will now launch, ensure the following settings are applied: Address: https://mobile.mystanwell.com (field should already be populated) Description: mystanwell Choose: Access Gateway Choose: Enterprise Edition Username: myusername (your domain login e.g. ksmith1) Password: (leave blank) Domain: Stanwell Turn Security token: ON Choose: Domain + Security Token Tap Save button (in the top right hand corner) 4. It is important that you complete the logon process in the next step. If you save the above settings without logging in the configuration will not be available the next time you access the app. Page: 7 of 14
5. On the Next screen you will be asked for your (Stanwell Domain) Password and RSA Token Passcode (each time you connect) Note: The Username Field should already be populated from the last step 6. RSA Token ID Definitions PIN: Tokencode: Passcode: Personal Identification Number 4 to 8 digit code that you choose. The 6 digit number displayed on the token Is your PIN followed by the tokencode. 4-8 digit PIN + 6 digit tokencode = 10-12 digit number. Page: 8 of 14
3. Customising Citrix Receiver 1. The first page you will see is the Explore Screen (below) This is where you can add applications to your personal home screen Choose the applications you wish to add by selecting the plus icon for each application Page: 9 of 14
2. Applications you select will be added to your home Screen which can be accessed by touching the screen outside of the explore window: Note: You can switch between Home / Explore screens via the green plus button on the centre left of the page Page: 10 of 14
4. Logging into mydesktop To log in to mydesktop: 1. Select the mydesktop icon 2. Wait a few seconds for the App to connect to your mydesktop session Page: 11 of 14
3. Once connected you will be able to view your desktop as shown below 4. To log off the desktop, follow the same procedure as if you were on your work computer, Start Button > Log Off. Page: 12 of 14
5. You will then be taken back to the Citrix Receiver explore page. From here you can close out of the app or log your account out of the receiver by pressing the person icon in the top right (as shown below). Page: 13 of 14
