When we convert from Infosource 1.0 to 2.0 there will be a change to how Vendors find and display Static and Archive reports. This document highlights the changes Vendors will see and assumes they are already familiar with viewing Static and Archive reports in Infosource1.0. Organization of this Document: 1) Login- how to connect to Infosource 2.0 to get to the Vendor Static and Archive reports 2) Static Reports Narrowcast reports that have been run for Vendors and already formatted and exported to excel. Some reports get emailed and some are available on Infosource website. This section will highlight the changes in finding Static Reports that are available on Infosource. 3) Archive Reports Some narrowcast reports are available to be run for different time periods and have them formatted, exported to excel and emailed the same day. This Section will highlight the changes in finding the Archive reports and running them 4) My Subscriptions Narrowcast reports can be setup to run for you on a schedule. Infosource 2.0 Vendor start page Vendor s should go to the same page as usual to login, but it s been changed and now there is a new link specifically for Vendors. Click the link. Infosource 2.0 Vendor Login page Vendors will enter their same username and password on this new login screen. They can click on the link at the bottom (Vendor Static Reports and Archive Help) to see this help document. The icons to the left of the report name indicate if it s an emailed report or an Infosource report. The reports that are currently available for viewing on Infosource are underlined. Infosource 2.0 Static summary report list Next you will see the same Static Reports list as Infosource 1.0 except its ONLY reports available on Infosource. The reports that are sent via email are no longer displayed. The reports that are currently available for viewing are BOLD and underlined. Select the desired report. The download page will appear. Infosource 2.0 Static Report summary alternate view Another way to see static reports is to click the folder name in the menu upper right Clicking My Subscriptions or Archives on this page will take you to the appropriate page. If you click on the Static Reports item you can see a different view of static reports The static reports are listed on the left side and are the same reports listed on the MySubscription page, only presented a little differently. Infosource 1.0 My Subscriptions My Subscription Section Under the My Subscriptions vendors will see a folder (some have multiples). Click the appropriate folder. Vendors will see a list of all narrowcast reports subscriptions. The address column shows whether the report is delivered via email or available as a web page on Infosource as a static report. Infosource 2.0 Vendors My Subscriptions The MySubscriptions shows all the narrowcast subscriptions that are available on Infosource as web pages. Only the ones that are bold and underlined are currently available for viewing. Note: the subscribed reports that are delivered by email are no longer listed in Infosource 2.0. Infosource 2.0 - Vendor My Subscriptions edit Infosource 2.0 allows Vendors to keep the current web page or switch to an email address. report to email delivery it will be permanent. They will not be able to switch back to web page, and it will no longer appear on the MySubscription list. Infosource 2.0 Vendor My Subscription edit This report will now be delivered by email. Infosource 2.0 Vendor password change Password Section To change Vendor password, click the Preferences menu item. Vendor will be able to change their password. Click Change Password button when done. Here is the confirmation page. Click OK to return to the subscription list. To logout click the logout menu item.
