Sendouts Release Notes Version 8.8 New Features, Better Process The following features focus on streamlining the recruiting process, helping recruiters work with greater speed, and opening up their day to make more placements. New Lookups Featuring Type Ahead Technology Type-ahead technology looks up records as you type to reduce search time. The new lookups feature will replace anywhere in Sendouts where there is currently the button with the small line under it to search for records. Old New See search results as soon as you begin typing in the search field. Sendouts will pull from a large inventory of records that are specifically relevant to you and information that you have recently worked with. Records will be added to the inventory anytime that you interact with them, including hovering over a record to view the mini-profile, viewing a record, and pulling up a record in search results. The inventory will also include your favorites and saved lists. If you are looking for a record you have never interacted with or a record so old it has expired in your inventory, you can still search for the record. It just will not appear as you type. In addition, the new search has been updated to reduce the number of fields you see. Even if your record does not appear in as you type, and you have to generate a list of search results, it is a much easier to find the record you are looking for. 2 Sendouts Beta Guide Version 8.7.0.47 2
A new lookup showing type-ahead search results: If no type-ahead results display, or you wish to launch a full search, hit enter or click on the magnifying glass. New Match and Advance Process The new Match and Advance Process will help to drastically reduce the number of clicks that it takes to move a candidate through the hiring process. The entire process now requires 75% FEWER clicks. Candidates can be processed in less steps, and data loads substantially faster, translating into a huge gain in productivity for Sendouts users. 1. New Buttons for Advance and Reject. Immediately pick the next stage or any other stage right from the list and start moving matches through the process. 2. Updated Workflow Screens. Updated workflow screens clearly show your place in moving a candidate through the process. 3. Comments Screen. The comments screen is now present on every step of the process. 3 Sendouts Beta Guide Version 8.7.0.47 3
4. Automated Actions. Sendouts notes which automated actions you performed the previous time you went to this stage. Actions you commonly do or do not perform are already checked/unchecked when you arrive at the stage. 5. Finish Button. The changes to the comments screen and automated actions allow you to select Finish as soon as you have completed any of the required information. Note: Though the example below shows both screens that you would normally see, you can actually select Finish as soon as you get to the Details screen. 6. No More Waiting. After you click Finish, Sendouts will immediately close the Stage Wizard. Updates are performed in the background so you can move on with your day. 4 Sendouts Beta Guide Version 8.7.0.47 4
Editable Snapshot Now, snapshots can be edited on the spot. Editable snapshots promotes connectivity and reduces navigation within Sendouts. Snapshots are completely synced with the standard profile view. If you were to have a record opened side-by-side with its snapshot, any change to one side would update on the other. In addition, the toolbar on the standard profile view has been added to snapshots as well. Create a new record, save changes, refresh, disable, and advance a snapshot just as you would a record in the standard view. Updated Resume Split Screen & More Resume Views The resume can now be viewed from almost anywhere you see a candidate s name. This includes the full profile as it always has, but now you can also open it from the search result list, workflow and anywhere that you can hover to see the profile; most importantly dashboards, queues and the match section of job orders. The resume split screen has also been redesigned to more closely match the new look of 5 Sendouts Beta Guide Version 8.7.0.47 5
Sendouts and make key information and actions more obvious. The resume editor has also been replaced. The key benefit of this is allowing our users to view the resume in its original format. This will also give a better editing experience and make the options more clear. All of the changes mentioned also apply to the Job Requisition, which is the split screen in the Job Order module. Similarly, to save all received emails, create a rule to automatically forward any email received to your Sendouts import email address. Forwarded from Gmail, this email would be added to the profile with an email address of bimportant@bigcompany.com: 7 Sendouts Beta Guide Version 8.7.0.47 7

The parsing engine automatically generates a candidate summary for quick and easy assessment in the list view. Apply with LinkedIn The Apply with LinkedIn button allows applicants to apply to jobs using their LinkedIn profile in just a few clicks. Apply with LinkedIn is an attractive option for passive candidates and mobile applicants alike, giving you exposure to more resumes. Add the Apply with LinkedIn button to jobs posted to your website via WebConnect. Candidates can apply using their LinkedIn profile in just a few clicks. Capture job seekers browsing jobs on their mobile device, as well as passive candidates lacking an updated resume. To add the Apply with LinkedIn button to all of your job postings, go to your company s LinkedIn page. Copy the last five digits in the url.
