WHAT IS THE SHO LAUNCHPAD? S H O L AU N C H PA D U S E R G U I D E GETTING STARTED The SHO Launchpad will be connected to all SHO applications and programs that will be introduced over the coming months. The SHO Launchpad allows you to access your available applications and programs by using a single username and password. The benefits of the SHO Launchpad include: Only having to remember one username and password to access all of your applications and programs. Being able to easily view and access all applications and programs. The purpose of this user guide is to provide step-by-step instructions on how to access, navigate and use the SHO Launchpad. LOGGING INTO THE SHO LAUNCHPAD To log into the SHO Launchpad, complete the following steps: 1. Open an internet browser, and type https://login.shos.com into the search bar.. The SHO Launchpad login page will appear. Click Sign In.. Enter your email or user ID (enterprise ID for SHO employees) and password that was sent via email.. Click Sign In. E-Mail or User ID Required NOTE: If it is your first time logging in, a screen prompt will appear stating, Challenge Questions and Answers are required before continuing to login. Challenge questions are used to protect your account and to help verify your identity in case you have forgotten your password. Complete the steps under Adding Security Questions on the next page.
ADDING SECURITY QUESTIONS S H O L AU N C H PA D U S E R G U I D E GETTING STARTED To add security questions in the SHO Launchpad, complete the following steps: 1. Under My Profile, click the Security tab.. Select your security questions, and type in your answers. NOTE: You must select and answer all of the questions.. Click Update Profile. 1. A confirmation page will appear letting you know your profile was successfully updated. 5. Click Home to return to the SHO Launchpad homepage. 5
1 RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD S H O L AU N C H PA D U S E R G U I D E GETTING STARTED In order to secure your account, the password you received from SHO IT will need to be changed. Your new password will be the one you use to access the SHO Launchpad. To reset your password, complete the following steps: 1. On the left navigation panel, click Account Options.. Click Change Password.. Enter your Current Password, which is the password sent via email.. Enter your New Password twice. The password requirements are as followed: Minimum 1 lower-case Characters Minimum 1 UPPER-CASE Characters Minimum 1 Numbers Characters Minimum 1 Special Characters Minimum 8 Characters 5. Click Change Password. 5 6. A confirmation message will appear letting you know you successfully changed your password.. Click Home to return to the SHO Launchpad homepage. 6 7 5
S H O L AU N C H PA D U S E R G U I D E ADDING THE SHO LAUNCHPAD ICON TO A SMARTPHONE HOME SCREEN Your smartphone home screen is not just for apps. You can add the SHO Launchpad to your home screen (pictured below) for quick and easy access. The SHO Launchpad icon will appear on your home screen like any other app, so you can drag it around and put it wherever you like. To add the SHO Launchpad icon to your smartphone home screen, complete the following steps based on which type of device you use iphone or Android. iphone 1. In Safari, type https://login.shos.com.. Click the Share button in the bottom-center of the screen.. Click Add to Home Screen.. The Add to Home box will appear. Type SHO Launchpad in the Name field. 5. Click Add. Android 1. In Google Chrome, type https://login.shos.com.. Click the Menu button in the top-right corner of the screen.. Click Add to homescreen.. The Add to homescreen box will appear. Type SHO Launchpad in the Name field. 5. Click Add. 6
S H O L AU N C HTITLE PA D U S E R G U I D E UNDERSTANDING THE SHO LAUNCHPAD NAVIGATION The SHO Launchpad contains several tiles, which are buttons that allow you to open the desired application or program. As more programs become available, additional tiles will be added to your Launchpad. The number and type of tiles you see may vary depending on your role. In the screenshot below, there is a NetSuite and Office 65 tile. When you click on the tile, you will be taken to the corresponding application. Below are the main navigation features. 1 5 Joe Smith 1. Account Options Panel The Account Options Panel provides access to reset your password and view your profile settings. You can also access these settings by clicking the Account Options Tiles.. Applications Tiles Section The Applications section displays each application you have access to. Click the tile to access the application. NOTE: The number of tiles that appear may vary based on the permissions you have been assigned.. Account Options Tiles Section The Account Options section provides tiles to reset your password and view your profile settings. You can also access these settings by clicking the Account Options Panel on the left side of the screen.. Sign Out Click this button to sign out of your account. For security purposes, it is a good rule of thumb to sign out whenever you are not using the computer. 5. Account Name Ensure you are signed in as the correct user by verifying the name displayed.
