This document will review how Individuals and/or Employees can register for the PPL Better Online web portal. The web portal will be used by Individuals to monitor their budgets and approve/reject employee timesheets. Employees will use the web portal to create and submit their timesheets and track payments. We also have a new mobile app: Time4Care TM! This app can be downloaded to a tablet or a smartphone for easy access after the web portal registration has been completed. Employee Registration 1. Visit the website of fms.publicpartnerships.com. 2. Click on Sign Up 3. Select your State from the drop down menu. 4. Select your Program name from the drop down menu: MO DMH 5. Select your Role from the drop down menu: Employee 6. Click Next button. 7. Enter the following information: a. Employee Mailing Zipcode: This is the zipcode of the Employee s mailing address. b. Employee Last Name: This is the Employee s last name c. Social Security Number (Last 4 Digits only) See Example Screenshot on following page 1
***IMPORTANT: If the information you enter does not match what we have on file you will receive an error message. If this occurs, please contact our customer service team at 1-844-735-7370 to update your information. 8. Click the Next button. 9. Enter the following information: a. User Name: There are no restrictions on the username, however, if the name is already in use, the system will inform the user. At that point, they would need to select a different username. b. Email Address: This field is optional, but highly recommended as the system will email the user their log in information after creation. c. Password: The password must be at least 8 digits long and must include at least one number, one upper case letter, and one symbol. An example of an acceptable password is Payroll1*. d. Confirm Password: Re-enter the same information that you entered into the Password field. e. Notes: Skip this section. f. Security Questions: These security questions would be used to aid the user in recovering their password in case it is forgotten. Select a different question from each of the drop down menus. Type in the answers to those questions in the corresponding boxes. Please Note: Answers are case sensitive, so be mindful of how the answers are typed in for easy password recovery. g. Click the Submit button. See example screenshot on following page 2

If there are error in the registration (password unacceptable, user name already in use, etc.), the system will provide an error message in red at the top of the screen after the submit button is selected. If the registration is completed with no errors, you will see the below screen: 11. This completes the new user registration for the employee. At this time, the employee can select the Click here to login link so that they can login and submit a timesheet, or they may use their tablet or cellphone to submit their time through the PPL Time4Care TM Application. 3
Individual Registration 1. Visit the website of fms.publicpartnerships.com. 2. Click on Sign Up 3. Select your State from the drop down menu. 4. Enter the following information: a. Social Security Number (last four only): This is the last four digits of Individual s social security number b. Individual Last Name: This is the Individual s last name c. Physical Zip Code: This is the zip code of the Individual s physical address ***IMPORTANT: If the information you enter does not match what we have on file you will receive an error message.
