1. Login 1.1. Travel Login and Access to Profile 1. Open the URL https://profilemanager.bcdtravel.com in a browser to access TripSource: Profile Manager (TS:PM). 2. To login, please enter user name and password. 3. Click Add to Favorite link on the login screen to bookmark the TS:PM login page as a favorite. 1.2. Login for the First Time (traveler has not received login credentials by email) 1. Open the URL https://profilemanager.bcdtravel.com in a browser to access TripSource: Profile Manager (TS:PM). 2. Enter user name on the login screen and click Forgot Password. 3. Select a secret question and enter an answer. The secret answer text box is not case sensitive. 4. Enter the CAPTCHA code (Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) NOTE: All letters are capitals. 5. Click Get Password and a temporary password will be sent via email. 6. Click Back to return to the login screen. Page 3 End User Manual April 12, 2018

7. Before logging in with the temporary password, it is recommended that browser history be cleared. 8. Enter user name and temporary password. 9. Click Login. 10. Enter a new password. Please note the password requirements listed on the bottom left side. 11. Click Change Password. 12. Select a secret question and provide the correct answer. The secret answer text box is not case sensitive. 13. Enter the CAPTCHA code (Completely Automated Public Turing Test to Tell Computers and Humans Apart) NOTE: All letters are capitals. 14. 1.3. Login for the First Time (traveler has received login credentials by email) 1. When a profile is created the user will receive two emails; one containing the user name and one with a temporary password. Contact support if login credentials have not been received. 2. Open the URL https://profilemanager.bcdtravel.com in a browser to access TripSource: Profile Manager (TS:PM). 3. Enter user name and temporary password on the login screen. 4. Enter a new password. Please note the password requirements listed on the bottom left side. 5. Click Change Password. 6. Select a secret question and provide the correct answer. 1.5. Miscellaneous Login / Password Information TS:PM passwords automatically expire every 90 days. If the user tries to login with an incorrect user name and/or password, the user will receive a message on the top of the screen. After three unsuccessful attempts, the user s account will be locked. To unlock the account, the user will need to contact their local support team. If the selected secret question or the entered secret answer are incorrect. The following error message will appear. You can continue trying to enter the correct data. If the combination of secret question and answer are correct, a new password will be sent via email. The following message will appear. Secret question and/or secret answer is wrong. If your combination of username, secret question and answer was right, an email was sent with further information. 2. Main Profile Screen 1. After successfully logging in, the traveler profile will automatically open up. NOTE: Profile views may be different due to customization requirements. The screenshot in this document is only an example. 2. The menu items in the left panel are links to other pages of the profile where data can be stored such as; payment options, booking preferences and membership cards. 3. All fields with a red asterisk (*) next to the label, are mandatory fields. Other fields may be grayed out and are not editable. 4. User can navigate between different pages without saving. 5. Click Save, to save all changes. 6. Click Exit Without Saving, to ignore all updates to the profile. This will close the profile and exit TS:PM completely. 7. Located at the bottom of the main profile page, there is a security section. By checking the Data Storage allowed, BCD is allowed to process the profile data. 8. TS:PM will automatically time out if the traveler s profile is open and there has been no activity. A pop-up message will appear three minutes before TS:PM signs out the user. Click OK to keep the session open. 9. Once the session has expired, the following notification on the left will appear. User will need to login to TS:PM again to continue working. 2.1. TS:PM Information Window 1. Once the profile updates have been successfully saved, TS:PM will notify the user with a message in the bottom left-hand corner. 2. When user clicks Save, TS:PM will make sure that all entries are correct. If a mandatory field has been omitted or the entry does not match the required format, a notification message will appear, requesting a correction needs to be made and where. 3. When clicking the <Go To Error> link, TS:PM will take user to the field that requires a correction. 4. The Error Details Window can be repositioned on the screen by holding down the right click on the mouse and then dragging the pop-up box to an alternate location on the screen. 5. TS:PM will advise users when profile information is about to expire or has already expired. Warnings are sent out 30 days prior to the expiration and will appear each time the profile is accessed until an update has been made. The warnings are for informational purposes only and will not prohibit the user from saving the profile. Page 9 End User Manual April 12, 2018

3. Traveler Arrangers This section discusses how to select traveler arrangers who can update a traveler s profile. 3.1. Select Traveler Arranger 1. Select Traveler Arrangers from the panel on the left. 2. Click Add New to search for the individual to nominate as the traveler arranger. 3. Enter the first name, last name or email address of the individual being searched in the Criteria text box. Entering only a space in the text box, will display all individuals. NOTE: Traveler Arrangers can only be nominated from the same company as the traveler resides. Traveler Arrangers are also given the role of Traveler Arranger in the background. 4. Click Search. 5. From the list below, click Assign to select the individual to be the Traveler Arranger. 6. The Traveler Arranger section shows the selected Traveler Arranger. 7. To remove a Traveler Arranger, select the individual in the check box next to the name and then click Remove. Page 10 End User Manual April 12, 2018

3.2. Updating Traveler Profile as a Traveler Arranger 1. Select Other Profiles from the panel on the left. 2. From the drop-down list, select a traveler s profile. The traveler s profile will open as a menu item below My Profile in the panel on the left. 4. Other Profile Features Additional menu options are available in the user profiles. 4.1. Change Password and Secret Question Passwords and Secret Question can be changed at any time. Just click Change Password. For security reasons, TS:PM requires the user to enter their current password before creating a new password. Please note the password requirements are listed on the right side. Click Change Secret Question to change secret question. Click Update User Details to save. Page 11 End User Manual April 12, 2018

4.2. Help @ Support The Help & Support link will provide the user with access to three guides. 4.3. Log Off Remember to always use the Log Off button to end TS:PM session. When closing the browser screen without logging off, TS:PM will automatically end the session after a few minutes. Once logged out, the screen on the left will appear in the browser window. 4.4.
