1 Important Information Before you sync to your mobile device, your mailbox will have had to be converted to the new Exchange 2010. Each type of device family (Apple, Blackberry, Android, Windows etc.) uses different terms to define the same thing. Therefore, your next step is to review this document, find the instructions for your device, and print that page for your reference. We do not support POP3 or IMAP4. Rather we are using Exchange ActiveSync to connect. Please be advised that connecting your mobile device to the email system, will consume some portion of cellular data plan. o If you are familiar with connecting your Mobile device to a local Wi-Fi connection, it is recommended to use the Wi-Fi connection during the sync of your mailbox.
