Overview The elender Solutions website has undergone modifications to its appraisal upload process. This document will outline these changes, and help users to navigate through the new upload process. elender Solutions URL https://webcenter.elendersolutions.com/webcenter/ 3
Logging in to the Website The user will be required to enter their User ID and Password after navigating to the website, and click Log In. 4
Provider Center The user will then be taken to the Provider Center which is where all current orders assigned to the provider will be listed. For files with a product status of New the provider must first accept the order using the Select Action drop down menu. For files already accepted the user has other actions available such as Set Appointment, Status Update, etc. When the provider is ready to upload their report they will click on the Select Action drop down menu, and choose Send Final Product. NOTE: Send Final Product must be used to ensure proper delivery to ServiceLink. Do not select the Attach Document option. 5
Uploading the Report 1. After Send Final Product is selected the provider will be asked to confirm the appraiser who completed the report. 2. When the provider clicks Confirm the page will refresh and the user may receive a pop-up at the bottom of the screen indicating Only secure content is displayed. To proceed, the user must click Show All Content. NOTE: This is where the changes to the website upload process will appear. 6
Uploading the Report, cont. 3. For providers who may have not used the website to upload previously, you may be prompted to install ACI Delivery Client. This is a one-time upload and is required to upload files through the website. To upload, follow the instructions and prompts as noted on your screen. 7
Uploading the Report, cont. 4. Once you are able to upload the below screen will appear in which you will Browse for the file on your computer, and click Process. 5. The file will begin Processing, and once complete you will be asked to confirm the address of the file. If file is correct, select Confirm. The size of the file and file type will determine how long the report takes to process. 8
Review of Rule Firings The report will run through a preliminary rule set to ensure the most accurate report possible prior to delivery to ServiceLink. The rules will appear as one of the following: Errors These items must be corrected to deliver the report. Some errors you must acknowledge if not applicable or if already addressed in the report (example below). All acknowledgements must be checked for the report to pass. Errors which you cannot acknowledge but contain items addressed in the report will require an override code from ServiceLink to pass. Instructional Items for review which should be addressed for full compliance. Warnings Items that may be incorrect within the report, and require additional review. 9
Review of Rule Firings, cont. The user is able to double-click on the rule in question, which will direct them to that particular section/field of the report. To correct an error the user needs to modify the report within the software it was created. 10
Delivering the Final Product When all rules are acknowledged and the report is clear of errors the user will select Deliver, and then click Continue. You will receive notification that delivery is complete, and click Continue. 11
Frequently Asked Questions Q: Why am I unable to set an appointment, or see the rule firings on the review screen? A: You may need to set your Compatibility View to include our website. To do this: 1. Navigate to the elender Solutions website. 2. In your internet browser click on Tools, then Compatibility View Settings. 3. Click Add, and close. 12
FAQ, cont. Q: When trying to upload I m seeing an error stating We had trouble updating your computer with the latest updates. What do I need to do to correct this? A: If you are a Windows 7 or 8 user, you may need to use the Appraisal Upload icon on your desktop to access our website and upload your files. By clicking on the below icon you will be taken to your homepage, at which time you will navigate to the elender Solutions website. 13
