Follow the steps below to change the settings (The Options setting must be set to Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox) : 1. Click on Open menu from FireFox and select Options. 2. Select Applications. 3. Locate Portable Document Format (PDF) under Content Type. 4. Change Action to Use Adobe Acrobat (in Firefox). 5. Click OK. 6 P a g e
Macintosh Safari Step 1 (ALL Mac OS X Versions): Set Adobe Acrobat as the default program in order to open PDF files. 1. Right click the file and select Get Info for any PDF file that you have stored on your computer. 1. Change the Open With dropdown settings from Preview to Adobe Reader (default) 11.0.04). (even if this is already selected, reclick on the program and then proceed to click on the Change All button). 2. Click Change All to apply the changes for all PDF files. Open up Adobe & go to Edit\Preferences 2. Click on Internet Tab 3. Uncheck the box for Display in Read Mode by Default Relaunch Safari and try to complete your Onboarding.
