*Please Note: Although this is a free app, your account may need to have a valid form of payment on file in order to download this, or any app, depending on how you have your phone settings. You may also need to know your current devices account password in order to download any new apps. Follow the platform-specific instructions on the screen to install Duo Mobile. Accept the security terms and any Push Notification requests. On the main screen of the Duo Mobile app, choose Add Account. A camera function will pop up prompting you take a picture of a barcode which will be displayed in the next steps. h) Return to the enrollment window on your computer screen. The Continue button is clickable after you scan the barcode successfully. 3

Once authenticated, your online receiver version will pop up in your browser. In the upper right hand corner, click your name and then <Log Off>. l) It is not mandatory, but highly recommended to have more than one type of authentication type. If you already have your mobile device registered, an extra precaution would be to add a landline in the event that your phone is lost, broke, or not readily available at the time of login. To do this, make sure that you are logged out of your portal and retype in https://cloud.cetrom.net and retype in your credentials but DO NOT AUTHENTICATE ON YOUR PHONE. 4
m) On the left hand side of the box click <Add a New Device>. n) You will need to verify your identity. Choose <Call me> and enter the 6 digit code. Or choose <Enter a Passcode>, request that the codes be sent (at the bottom of the box), enter any one of the codes sent via text and click <Log in>. This will take you back to the Add a New Device screen that you began with. o) To use a tablet, make sure that the Duo app is downloaded and proceed through with the instructions the same way you would for a mobile phone. Make sure that your tablet has connectivity to the Wi-Fi in order to receive the notifications. To register a landline, such as your office phone, make sure that you are near said phone, click the Landline radio button and click <Continue>. 5
p) Enter the requested information of said phone, check the number entered is correct and click <Continue>. q) Here you can select which default device is used to verify your login. Please note that whichever device you choose will need to be used every time you log in so if you work from home on occasion, your office landline may not be the best choice since you would not have access to the phone every day. This device can be changed in the future. You may add more devices from this screen or click <Continue to Login>. r) Once you have clicked <Continue to Login>, your phone will send you a push notification on your smartphone or tablet to approve the login, or it will call you on your landline or cellphone with a 6-digit code to enter for approval.
