Introduction: Jazz Kids Watch is a state of the art high end tracking device with the power of Jazz that gives the accurate location of your kids with the watch on their wrist. The application will give you Real-time location Watch monitoring Geo-Fencing and Geo-Fence breach updates Emergency call option from Watch to app and app to watch in case emergency situation arises. But to get access to all these options and much more, you need to install Jazz Kids Watch Application on your android smart phone.
Installation: Scan the QR code (For all Network Users) OR Download Kid s watch App from Play store (type Jazz Kids watch ) (For all Network Users) OR Send Reg SMS to 6676 you will receive the download link in the SMS. ( For Jazz Users only)
Login To use the app, you need to sign in using the Mobile Number and password of your Jazz Kids Watch account. If you do not have an account yet, click Create new account.
Create New Account 1. Enter the following Parents Mobile Number (Username) Watch Sim Number Watch ID (Mentioned under Watch) Child Name 2. 6 -Digit Activation code will be sent on Parents SIM number for verification, via 6676. 3. Type that Verification code and get registered. Once the User is registered, Login credentials will be shared via 6676
Dashboard Next you will be taken to the Dashboard screen where all the controls for all offered options are available. Upon accessing the dashboard you will see the following screen The complete menu can also be accessed by tapping on the three bars on the top left of the screen. The menu of the application will be shown as follows.
Multiple Childs Selection In case multiple watches are added, the menu will be shown as follows and you can change the profile for each kid.
Locations The complete details of locations against the added watch will be visible in the Location Tab. Upon selecting location, the current and previous locations from one week time are visible on the screen. Customer can call the watch against its added sim number from the call option by pressing green handset button. Refresh option will fetch the latest location from the watch when clicked as while screen is open the locations are not updated on live run on screen but being stored in the system. The calendar option gives the control of selecting and viewing locations from previous dates for the selected watch. 1x here is depicting the current animation display speed which can be switched from 1x to 4x
Upon clicking the call option the call to particular number will be generated that is associated with the watch. The screen on right will be displayed when the call to watch option is selected. Upon confirming call, that particular watch will be called. This tab offers multiple options of available location times from minimum of last one hour to maximum of 24 or as per desire customized time. This will only show the locations during customized set time from which the locations are available.
Upon selecting customized options, you will be shown below screen for selecting the particular From Date and To Date along with the specific time slot from which the tracking record is required i.e. From Time till the To Time, to which maximum time, tracking record is required.
User can also set the animation speed of the locations being displayed. The speed of animation can be set from 0.25x to 5x speed. The standard speed is 1x.
Notifications Notifications from the watch will be visible under the Notification Tab. Alerts regarding battery and geo-fence breach will be appearing under Notification tab. Customer can see notification from last one week. Upon clicking the notification, this window will appear. Battery status, Time and signal strength will also be shown in the tab for the selected watch.
SOS / Fast Dial User can dial quickly add MSISDNS from watches. There is choice of three numbers that can be added to watch s SOS/Fast Dial option that can be dialed from the buttons available on the watch. All the added MSISDNs are visible under SOS/Fast Dial tab and can be edited and updated by the customer. Please make sure you have added the SOS number first as it will automatically added in the contact list of watch. SOS dial numbers can be edited or deleted by pressing for long on the number and edit/delete option will appear on the right side of the menu.
Geofence, Safe / Danger zones Geo Fence will allow safe & Danger zones to be created for child at the designated areas e.g. school/playground/friend s house etc. and will be able to alert parents in case the child enter or exits the safe / danger zone. At a time you can only activate one geofence. Edit / Remove Geofence Swipe left to edit / remove your pre-defined geofence.
Geofence remove Safe / Danger zones Swipe left to delete geofence. When you want to remove the geofence from your list it will ask you a confirmation. One Geofence active at a time Once you activate any geofence it will ask you a confirmation about deactivate other geofence because jazz kids watch will allow you to activate one geofence at a time.
Geofence Add / Creation By tapping on plus bubble on below of geofence list area you will be able to add geofence as per your requirement. You need to select the geofence shape which is Polygon and Circle, and then you have to draw according to your tracking fence location, for circle you need hold your finger on map and it will draw the circle for 200 meter by default and can be extended up to 4000 meter, for polygon you need to touch the map in different areas and to touch the first point to make it complete.
Geofence name and tracking days / time Once you marked the area for tracking you need to select the fence as safe / danger zone, just put the customize name of geofence e.g. School, Playground, Academy etc. Then select the tracking days and tracking time in it and then finally you need to hit on Add Geofence. Your geofence will be created.
Recharge Watch / Subscribe Packages Parent can see children balance detail and top up to his/her account via card jazz / Warid number and subscribe to packages which are displaying under the Top Up Watch Button. Parent can be able to select a package by clicking on Subscribe Now button.
Monitor your Kids Monitoring, one of the most prominent function of Jazz Kids Watch, equips the parent to check on their child through a call without their knowledge / intimate. To enjoy this feature watch should be ON.
Contact List Add / Edit / Remove You can add max of 10 numbers as white list (3 SOS number + 7 as contact list) contact list who can contact to kid, following are the mechanism of adding / editing and removing contact list. The numbers which are added under contact list are able to communicate via with voice calling which will allow both the user and the child to exchange calls should they need to. SOS number will be automatically treated as contact list, so you don t need to add duplicate numbers in contact list & SOS.
Watch Settings Parent can do following settings directly to the watch. Geofence SMS Alert Set Date / Time of Watch Buzz Watch (Find Watch) Turn off Watch remotely To access of above settings you need to make sure that the watch is ON and have an active Data Plan / Network signals. You can see the screens respectively.
Add New Watch Following are the fields which are required while adding new Watch. Watch Sim Number Watch ID Your Child Name Kids Locator With Kids Locator you can see all of Children s current location. If a watch is off then the last location of your child is there.
Guardian List Add / Edit / Remove Following are the mechanism of adding / editing and removing guardians. Guardian can access the portal with the information which you want to create for him/her with limited access.
Change of Kid info / Delete Watch Parent can change the kid info like Watch SIM Number, Watch ID and Kid name. You can also delete any kid account any time if you don t need it any more. Change of Parent Account Number Parent can change the parent account number under this section, it will ask new username and current password, on successful authentication a 6 digit code will be sent to number and on successful insertion it will send SMS on new Parent number with login credentials and you will be logout from application, if for some reason you are unable to get the SMS, you can use Forgot Password to retrieve new password.
Change Password You can change your application password from here. You need to put here your current password and enter new password twice to change your password. Log out from Application By clicking on the icon after kids watch number will log you out from application.
