20-207 Calendar PPF Production Cycles Non-Production Activities and Events Four Productions For non-holiday productions 7 Week Stage Cycles 36 Uses plus strike (as in prior years and per agreement with the County Winter show actually spans 8 weeks due to theater access limitations for the James Lee Black History Month celebration still 36 uses). Schedule has Thursday performances as in prior years. All non-holiday productions are 0 performances Holiday Production is 9 performances with two Saturday dates having matinee AND Evening shows as in past. Holiday show- performance cycle is placed as in 204 and 205 and continues final Sunday performance at 2 PM with same day strike as in prior years. Holiday show ha same theater uses as other productions Schedule maintains general policy of limited planned theater use on Fridays before set build and limited Friday use until after set build to accommodate other activities in theater. Easter falls in April (later than 205-20) The winter show has been scheduled to be completed before Easter to avoid an Easter weekend performance. This is accomplished by having weekday rehearsals in Feb 207. Production schedule maintains last two weeks of June open for NVTA One Act Festival.
