How to Apply An applicant can apply through Apply Online link provided along with the notification in the circular for vacancies section in the website of Rashtrapati Sachivalaya. Or apply using this link: http://164.100.23.71/rb-jobs/estt/rbjobs 2. Registration: Upon clicking the Apply Online link, the following screen will appear: An applicant needs to click the button to apply for any of the three posts mentioned. The applicant needs to first register himself for each post to apply. In case the applicant wants to apply for one or more post, he will have to register himself for each post.
After clicking any of the buttons to apply, following screen will appear, Applicant can register himself by clicking the button on the top right (circled in red) or below Login (underlined in red).
In case the applicant is already registered, he can login using his Registration number and password as given to him in email and sms through the Login for already Registered Candidates section on left side. When the link to register is clicked, a pop-up displaying Important Points to Be Noted. Please read all the points before proceeding to apply. Click continue at the bottom of the page in order to proceed to apply. Your application will be completed in 5 steps: STEP 1: Basic Information:
Fill all the details like Name, Address etc and then click Save & Next to proceed to step 2. The confirmation sms with registration number and password will be sent to the mobile no and e-mail id entered here after completing submission. STEP 2: Photo and Signature: Guidelines for uploading Photograph and Signature: A recent, CLEARY recognizable passport size photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm) should be uploaded by the candidate in the online application and the signature uploaded should be clear and legible. (i) Photograph Image The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen. The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person. The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket and wherever necessary. If the Applicant's signature on the answer script, at the time of the examination, does not match the signature on the Hall Ticket, the applicant will be disqualified. Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred) Size of file should be between 20kb - 50kb. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB (ii) Signature Image Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture. Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background. Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred) Size of file should be between 20kb-50 kb Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB. STEP 3: Details:
In the Details section, fill all the relevant and correct information regarding Educational, Professional & Technical Qualification, details of experience, any other qualifications, any other information you want to mention. Click the circle with white dot in centre (as shown in red circle) to enable or disable a field. Fill data only against the relevant fields. After filling all the relevant details, click the radio button in the Declaration box (as shown in red circle) and then click Save & Next to continue to next step. STEP 4: Preview:
Review all the details carefully in the preview section and click Final Submit & Exit to submit the form. Applicant can also view documents uploaded in the View uploaded documents. The applicant can also click on Save as Draft and modify details later. For that, he need to login again using the Registration no and password. STEP 5: Submit & Exit: After successfully submitting the form, the applicant would receive his unique Registration no and password via email and sms on his email id and mobile no given by him.
