Celadon Password Self-Service Quest Password Manager is a facility that allows you to reset your Celadon Windows password as well as unlock the account without calling the Helpdesk to provide self-service capabilities. This software uses security questions to verify your identity similar to various websites on the Internet. This document will assist you with profile registration as well as how to use the software in different scenarios. As you reboot your workstation, the required software will be installed automatically behind the scenes. This software will only work with Windows accounts. Profile Registration 1) While logged into Windows, a registration box will appear if you have not yet registered with Quest. Due to some computers being managed differently on the Celadon network this window may not appear for all users. If you do not see it on your workstation you should still register by going to https://reset.celadontrucking.com. Choose Register Now when the window appears. You may dismiss the registration if you are busy however it will continue to prompt until a profile is created. After 30 days, the 1 day option will be removed from the dropdown list and you will be prompted more frequently. 2) Confirm the image text (not case sensitive) and click Next. 3) Enter your current Celadon Windows password. Click Next. NOTE: If you enter the wrong password during the registration process, Quest will become disabled. It will not unlock your account unless a profile is first configured. If the account is locked before it is created, Quest will treat it as a normal account lockout and deny access. 4) Answer 3 security questions. There 10+ questions in the list, please choose 3 that are relevant to you. Questions have the following requirements: Each answer must be 4 or more characters All answers must be unique The answer must not contain the corresponding question. 3 P a g e
5) You will receive confirmation that your profile has been created successfully. You may now use the product to reset passwords and unlock accounts. 4 P a g e
Unlocking your Windows Account There are 3 ways to unlock your account. You can either tell Windows that you have forgotten your password from the login screen, navigate to https://reset.celadontrucking.com, or click on the Quest One Password Self Service shortcut on the desktop. 1) If you are not using the link or shortcut above, click Forgot My Password from the login screen. The password reset window will open. 2) Enter your Windows username. Click OK. 3) Click on the Unlock My Account link. 4) Confirm the image text (not case sensitive). Click Next. 5) Answer 2 of your security questions. Click Next. 6) You will receive a confirmation that your account has been unlocked. 5 P a g e
Fixing Expired Passwords Celadon Windows passwords are configured for expiration. If this should happen while traveling, it can prevent the VPN from working correctly. Quest Password Manager can assist with these situations as well. Follow these steps to correct VPN issues when accounts expire. 1) From your Windows desktop either click on the Quest One Password Self Service shortcut or navigate to https://reset.celadontrucking.com. 2) Click on Manage My Passwords 3) Confirm the image text (not case sensitive). Click Next. 4) Enter your current password. Click Next. 5) Enter and confirm a new password. Click Next. 6) You will see a confirmation that the password was changed. 7) Log into the VPN using your new password. 8) Wait for the VPN to connect. 9) Once connected, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and lock your workstation. 10) Unlock the workstation and enter your new password. NOTE: Steps 9 & 10 are necessary on Celadon managed computers. Home workstations and or/vendor systems are not affected by this. If not performed, the VPN will be using your new password and Windows will be using your old password. Due to the mismatch, the account will lock when accessing network resources. 6 P a g e
