Are you replacing an old phone and need to setup Soft Token on your new phone? If your old phone contained your Soft Token and you wish to transfer Soft Token to a new device, you must accomplish the following: 1. Deactivate Soft Token on your old device and then 2. Install and activate Soft Token on the new Apple device or 3. Install and activate Soft Token on the new Android device. The instructions in this guide will walk you through the process. Deactivating Soft Token on Your Old Device 1. On your personal smartphone where you intend to keep the replacement Soft Token (Do NOT accomplish this process on the pilot ipad), navigate to pilot.fedex.com (PFC). Do NOT attempt to login to PFC. Instead, toward the bottom of the screen, tap the link https://idguard.fedex.com. 2. Login to FedEx ID Guard using your Employee number and LDAP password. 3. If you have access to your previous Soft Token, enter that solution here and tap OK. If you no longer have access to your previous Soft Token, tap the link I would like to answer a question & answer challenge. After successful input of either your Soft Token solution or correct answers to the question challenge, you will advance to the following screen. Soft Token Replacement Guide Page 3 of 15 2018-04-25
4. Tap the link for I ve permanently lost or replaced my soft token device. 5. Tap Yes. 6. You will receive a green confirmation that your old Soft Token has been successfully deleted. Since the system allows only one Soft Token at a time for each user, now that the old instance of a Soft Token is gone, the system prompts will change and allow you to select another Soft Token. 7. Please confirm, tap Yes. 8. The FedEx ID Guard system will ask you if you have installed the IdentityGuard Mobile OTP application. In the next section, you will go to the appropriate App Store to install the IdentityGuard Mobile OTP application. Leave this FedEx ID Guard page open to return to later. Installing and Activating Soft Token on Your Apple Device (see next section for Android Devices) 1. Navigate to the Apple App Store and type Entrust in the Search field. 2. Select Entrust Identity Guard Mobile. 3. Tap either Get or the Download from Cloud icon and ensure the application installs. Do NOT open the app. Soft Token Replacement Guide Page 6 of 15 2018-04-25
4. After installing the Entrust app, return to FedEx ID Guard and select Yes that you have downloaded and installed the IdentityGuard Mobile OTP application. 5. Select I want to activate a soft token identity on a mobile device by scanning a QR code. 6. Select and then copy to your devices scratchpad the number written in red below the QR code. 7. Tap the image of the QR code. This will open the Entrust app and start the enrollment process. 8. Tap your preferred answer to continue. 9. Paste the number you previously copied from FedEx ID Guard into the box now displayed by the Entrust app and tap ok. Soft Token Replacement Guide Page 8 of 15 2018-04-25
10. Select Activate at the bottom of the page. A popup window should appear announcing Success. 11. You will need to create a unique PIN to login the Entrust app. Entrust will have you enter the PIN a second time for verification. 12. If the installation and activation were successful, you will be given your first Soft Token authentication code. Note: Each generated code expires in 30 seconds. Installing and Activating Soft Token on Your Android Device 1. Navigate to the appropriate App Store for your particular device. Search Entrust and download the Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile app. Do NOT open the app. 2. After installing the Entrust app, return to idguard.fedex.com and select Yes that you have downloaded and installed the IdentityGuard Mobile OTP application. 3. 4. Select and then copy the number written in red below the QR code. 5. Tap the image of the QR code. This will open the Entrust app and start the enrollment process. 6. 7. The previous step will generate an error. Tap OK to clear the message. 8. Enter FedEx in the company name field and select Activate. 9. You will be prompted to create a unique PIN to log into the Entrust app. Entrust will have you enter the PIN a second time for verification. Soft Token Replacement Guide Page 12 of 15 2018-04-25
10. Entrust will create a Registration Code. Copy this number and proceed back to FedEx ID Guard. 11. The idguard.fedex.com page should still display the QR code. 13. When the activation has successfully completed, you will see the following message. The registration code you provided has been accepted and your soft token activated. Tap OK and you are finished. Soft Token Replacement Guide Page 14 of 15 2018-04-25
