Login Users may login directly from www.unibank.com Select Online Banking. Enter your existing login identification and click on Login. Enter your Password. Please note that UniBank has reset passwords to the last four digits of the Tax ID number. This will be your password for your first time logging in to the NEW online banking system. Password Change You will be prompted to change your password. Enter the password used on the previous screen (the last four digits of your tax identification number) then enter a NEW password twice. Click Login. 2
Multi-Factor Authentication Security Question Selection As part of Multi-Factor Authentication a user will be asked to select three questions and enter at least one phone number for security callback. This information is used to verify the user s identity in the future, if needed. Select Continue. Select a question from each drop-down menu and input an answer. (Answers are not case sensitive.) Select Submit. Review selected questions and answers. Select Confirm. Enter contact phone numbers. Select Submit 3
Online Agreement The second time a Business User logs into Online Banking they must agree to the Online Banking Agreement. Review the Online Agreement. Check I Agree located on the bottom right corner of the screen. Click Accept to proceed. Balances/Accounts Listing After a successful login, the user is directed to the Balances page. This displays the list of accounts and balances linked to the Online Banking ID. 4
Account Listing: Displays account nickname, balance, and status (Closed, Dormant, etc.). The user can change the account name from the Settings tab. Select Option: View Transactions, Download, Stop Payments, Transfers, Statements and Account Info for the account. Customer Summary Information: Displays the accounts linked to the Online Banking ID and a login summary. Dashboard A user may access the Dashboard by selecting the Dashboard tab. This page provides a customizable dashboard view of various Online Banking options separated by widgets. The user has the option to set the Dashboard as their start page, and configure the page by allowing the user to add, remove, and change the display order of the widgets. 5
Configure This Page: Upon clicking this link, a window appears allowing control over which widgets to display. Any widgets not currently displayed are listed in the right column of the window and can be added. Choose a column to work with from the Select Column to Configure drop-down field. The names of widgets (items) assigned to that column appear below. The Dashboard has a Left, Center, and Right column. The default selection is the Left Column. Widgets are pre-assigned into specific columns on the Dashboard page and cannot be moved to different columns. Add or remove widgets and change the order of display, if desired. Return to Step 1 until all columns have been set up. Click Save to retain changes made to all columns. The Configure This Page window closes and the Dashboard page reloads to reflect the changes. 6
Widget Configuration A user may configure individual widgets to add and remove items they wish to display. While the configuration concept for each widget is the same, the content within the configuration window varies based on the purpose of the widget. The Configure icon does not appear on widgets where configuration is not available. To configure a widget: Click the Configure icon on the widget: The Configure box appears. Review the items being displayed (left side) and items not currently displayed (right side). If desired, add or remove items and change the order of display. Click Save to retain changes made to the widget. The Configure box closes and the widget reloads to reflect the changes. 7
Transactions Current Transactions: Appear in date order and include item number (if applicable), transaction description, amount of the transaction, and the running balance. View Transactions for: Navigate between the transaction listing of other accounts. Current Balance: Displays the current balance of the account. Available Funds: Displays the available balance of the account. The link displays the makeup of the available funds. View Range: View transactions since the last statement, last 7 days, last 15 days, last 30 days, or all. Search: Look for specific transactions. Print Preview: Creates a PDF print file of the current view of transactions. 8
Export History Download Transactions for Account: Use the drop-down box to navigate between accounts. Select Download Range: Options include transactions since last download, since last statement, or between two selected dates. Download Format: Select format you wish to download. Select Number of Transaction Description Lines (not shown): Select to download one, two, three, or all addenda lines of information on the transaction. Click Submit to display instructions for downloading or viewing the results. Internal Transfers New Transfer Enter transfer information and click Submit. Transfer funds from: Select account to debit. Transfer funds to: Select account to credit. Transfer Amount: Enter the dollar amount of the transfer. Frequency: Options include One Time, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly. Selecting anything other than One Time adds additional fields to 9
specify day of the week or month. The Stop Date also appears with recurring transactions. Memo: Used to remind you the purpose of the transfer. Click Confirm to finalize transfer and receive confirmation or Cancel to discard the transfer. Pending Transfers View pending or recurring transfers already established. Use the drop-down menu to view, edit, or delete transfers. Stop Payments View existing stop payments and create new stop payments. Select New, then complete fields and click Submit. You are required to review the stop payment information and click Confirm. The final confirmation screen displays and indicates that the stop payment has been placed. If the check has already cleared your account, or if a stop payment already exists for the item, a message displays stating the stop could not be placed. 10
Current Stop Payments Click View to see details of the stop payment. Stop payments cannot be edited or deleted in Online Banking. You must call the bank to make any modifications to current orders. Basic Statements These statements do not include check images. This is not where you access Electronic Statements (E-Statements). 11
Preferences Make changes to login information, email address, and password reset settings. Modify Personal Settings: Change email address. Modify password reset question. Click Watermark image to select new picture. Modify Login Information: Change Online Banking ID and Password. 12
Nicknames Change account names and the order in which accounts appear. Alerts Four types of alerts exist: Event, Balance, Item, and Personal. Alerts can be received one of two ways: Log In: A hyperlink displays on the Account Listing and My Online Banking page indicating a new alert exists. Click the link to view the details of the alert. Email Receive and email indicating a new alert exists in Online Banking. Event Alerts Watch for account activities such as ACH credits and debits, incoming wires, etc. 13
Event Alerts remain active until deleted. Balance Alerts Watch for when an account is above or below a specified balance. Select the Account Name from the drop down-box, choose Above/Below and enter an Amount to watch for. Balance Alerts remain active until deleted. Item Alerts Watch for a specified item number to clear your account. Enter the Item Number and select the Account Name from the drop-down box. Item Alerts are deleted once the alert has been generated and viewed. Personal Alerts To be reminded of a self-defined message on a specific date. Enter the Date the alert is to be active and the Text to include in the alert. Item Alerts are deleted once the alert has been generated and viewed. Message Center A user can send and receive secure messages to UniBank. Sending New Message Select Contact Us. 14
Click New. Fill out message information. Click Submit. From (Pre-Populated): Online Banking ID. E-mail (Pre-Populated): E-mail address as entered in Settings. E-mail address is used to send an automated email notifying you when the financial institution responds to your message. Name: Subject: Urgency: Message: Full name. Enter a subject for the message. Flags the message accordingly. Enter the message. Message Received When UniBank sends a message to the user, an automated email is sent informing them of a message received. After a successful login, a red flashing icon followed by a link that reads You have new messages displays. Click the link to view the message. 15
Wire Transfer Select Business Apps. Select Wires. To create a new wire, select Create & Edit. Select an account from the dropdown menu, and complete the necessary information. Once you have created a new wire, Select Transmit Wires. Check the box to the left of the wire you would like to transmit. Click Transmit Selected. Deleting a Wire (Single or Template) Select Edit/Add from the Wires tab. From the View Wires for: drop-down menu select the account wire is associated with. 16
Select Delete. Click Delete at the bottom of the screen to confirm. 17
User Maintenance (Administrator Level Users Only) Select Business Apps. Select Users. Select CM User List to view existing users. Select an option from the dropdown menu on the right. If you need to add a new user, please contact UniBank for assistance. Sub-users DO NOT have access to the User tab. 18
E-Statements Enroll (or re-enroll) your accounts by selecting Sign Up/Changes. Select account(s) to enroll. Click Save Settings. Click e-statements/notices to view available e-statements. 19
