The purpose of this screen is to segregate candidates who have completed Class IX into three categories: those who passed and are promoted to Class X, those who failed and are to be detained and re-registered in Class IX, and those who are to be withdrawn. By default, the Promoted to Class X radio button will be selected for all candidates.
