Multi-factor authentication (MFA), also known as two-factor authentication, is a security feature that requires two forms of authentication to access Barracuda Cloud Control. Use the Barracuda Android Mobile App to generate a secondary authentication token. See Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App and Multi-Factor Authentication for details. Through the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App you can view the status of your Barracuda Backup Servers and devices connected through Barracuda Appliance Control. Additionally, you can contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support for assistance. You must have a free Barracuda Cloud Control account to access your devices through the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App. To view a demo without logging into your Barracuda Cloud Control account, launch the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App, and tap View Demo Account. Once you download and install the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App from the Google Play Store, you can log in and manage your devices. Tap Back on your device to return to the log in screen. Once you enter your login credentials, tap Log In to access device status by product. When set to Off on the device, you must enter your user name and password each time you log into the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App. Note that when the application is pushed to the background, you remain logged in unless it remains in the background for an extended amount of time (e.g., 60 minutes). Tap to log in to a demonstration account. Note that this account has a limited set of features. Tap to view Navigation Drawer or swipe right. Tap to view the status of your connected devices. Tap to view Barracuda Networks Technical Support contact details, or select to open a tunnel for devices connected through Barracuda Cloud Control. In the Device Status view, either swipe down or select Refresh in the overflow menu of the Action bar to refresh your device status. Note that the display automatically refreshes approximately every two minutes. Tap to access additional information including the 'About' statement, application version, and privacy and third-party legal software licenses. Tap to view the Multi-Factor Authentication page. You can optionally tap Remember Me to set the option to On if you want the device to remember your login details. 5. Tap Log In. Device Status The default view for the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App is Device Status which displays the status of each Barracuda Backup Server and devices connected through Barracuda Appliance Control by product type: 5 / 10
Each device displays an icon indicating the device status; note that each indicator has a unique shape to support users with color blindness: Green circle Indicates the status is fine Orange triangle Indicates one or more warnings were encountered on the device Red square Indicates one or more critical errors and/or warnings were encountered on the device If you defined groups for your connected devices in Barracuda Appliance Control, tap Groups to view the devices alphabetically by grouping. Note that you can tap on the serial number at the top of the view to copy and paste into an email when contacting Barracuda Networks Technical Support. Contact Information If at any time you want to contact support, tap Contact Information in the navigation drawer; note that the Barracuda Networks Technical Support Office contact information displays based on your Android device locale setting (Settings > Language & keyboard > Select Language). 6 / 10

If your account entitlements or credentials change while you are logged in to the App (e.g., you enable MFA or change your password), you may be logged out and this message may display. If you log in with an account that does not have any product entitlements, an error message displays. If your account has product entitlements but your administrator has not given you any permissions, an error message displays. Verify your account credentials and try logging back in to the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App. Log in to Barracuda Cloud Control from your computer, add the appropriate product entitlements to your account, and then try to log in to the Barracuda Networks Android Mobile App once again.
