They will be cosidered active util they are completed or caceled, either by FM Approvals or by the cliet. Security Precautios Security is importat to FM Approvals ad to our cliets. Do ot share your logi or password with others. My Projects Descriptio The AIM Customer Portal is meat to commuicate to customers curret progress o their project i a easy-to-read scree. View of Project List scree From this view you ca see a complete list of active projects. Each project will have a traffic light, project ID, project ame, techical cotact, project maager ad state, ad status. Project Detail Scree Oe of four screes available for each project. This scree shows the Project ID, the (FM Approvals) project maager, the (cliet) techical cotact, the project authorizatio date, the project traffic light, the state, the status ad the local (FM Approvals) egieer. A search optio is located at the top of this widow. Click o the project ame to avigate to the project details. Click o the Log Off lik to log out of the system. Project Milestoes Scree This scree shows the milestoes ad their plaed, revised ad actual dates. 8 9

The product ca ow be labeled FM Approved. Search Feature Here you ca eter a FM Approvals Project ID to search for a specific project. Milestoe Dates Colum Headig Plaed Revised Actual Explaatio These are the dates that each milestoe was origially plaed to be completed. If all rows cotai the same date, please igore these dates as they are default values from the iitial coversio process. If aythig i the origial pla is chaged, or if a milestoe goal has ot bee met, project maagers may submit a revised pla to their techical team maager. If approved, a revised date will show up i this colum. These are the actual dates whe the milestoes are reached.
