ALREADY AN INTENET BANKING USER? Input your username. Input your password. Click on "Login". Step 3
NEW USER REGISTRATION Download CIB Mobile Banking Application from your store. Click on the "Sign in" button. Click on "Register New User", it will direct you to the Internet Banking site to create an Internet Banking account first. Step 3
Review the Terms and Conditions then click on "Agree". Step 4 Create your own username and password. Step 5 Use your 16 Digits Debit or Credit Card number and its 4 Digits PIN and click "Sign in". Those credentials will be used to sign in to CIB Mobile Banking. Step 6
VIEW ACCOUNTS BALANCES Once you sign in, your accounts will appear on the homepage. Click on an account to view its details
TRANSFER WITHIN YOUR ACCOUNTS Choose "Transfer to My Accounts" from the navigation menu. Choose "Transfer To Own (Same Currency)". Choose the receiving account. Step 3
Choose the account to transfer from. Step 4 Type the desired amount to transfer and click "Next". Step 5
Re-check and verify the transfer details then click "Confirm". Step 6 A "Successful Transaction" message appears to ensure that your transaction took place. Step 7
PAY YOUR CREDIT CARD Choose "Pay Own Credit Card" from "Transfer to My Accounts". Choose the Credit Card to pay.
Choose the account to pay from. Step 3 Enter the payment amount then click "Next". Step 4
Review the payment details and click "Confirm". Step 5 A "Successful Transaction" message appears to ensure that your transaction took place. Step 6
TRANSFER TO OTHER ACCOUNTS (REQUIRES OTP) Choose "Transfer to Other Accounts" from the navigation menu. Choose "Transfer to CIB Client (Same Currency)". Choose a beneficiary account to transfer to. If the beneficiary list is not created, you have to go first to the Internet Banking to add your beneficiaries. Step 3
Choose the account to transfer from. Step 4 Enter the amount to be transferred then click "Next". Step 5
Review the transaction details then click "Confirm". Step 6 Enter the OTP generated from either the OTP application or the hard token then click "Verify". Step 7
A "Successful Transaction" message appears to ensure that your transaction took place. Step 8 LOCATE NEARBY BRANCHES & ATMS Click "Find Us" on the homepage.
You can view locations in map, list or augmented reality mode from the icons on the top right of screen. Click on the second icon to view more details. Step 3 Click on the third icon to view the nearest branches and ATMs in augmented reality mode. Step 4
VIEW EXCHANGE RATES Click on "Exchange Rates" on the homepage. All Foreign Currency rates will be displayed with the last updated time stated above.

The list of FAQs will be displayed. Tap on the question to view the response. Step 3 REQUESTS REQUEST A NEW CHEQUE BOOK Choose "Requests" from the navigation menu. Choose "Request New Cheque Book".
Choose your account number, number of Cheque Book leaves and the delivery branch then click "Confirm". Step 3 STOP LOST/STOLEN CREDIT CARD Choose "Stop Lost/Stolen Credit".
Choose your card number, the reason for stopping the card and the replacement method then click "Confirm". DISPUTE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION Choose "Dispute Credit Card Transaction".
Choose your card number, the merchant/ ATM name, the transaction date, amount and currency and the reason for disputing, then click "Confirm". CHANGE SUPPLEMENTARY CARD LIMIT Choose "Change Limit on Supplementary Card".
Choose your supplementary credit card number, type in the new limit, retype it for confirmation and then click "Confirm". INQUIRY SUGGESTION - COMPLAINT Choose "Inquiry-Suggestion-Complaint".
Choose your request type, request related to and type in the details of the request, then click "Confirm".
