B. DEPOSIT (Cash-In) Log into account, click on 'Transfer' -> 'Fiat Currency' -> 'Deposit Fiat'. Please use the following remittance information to transfer money to deposit fiat currency. Please note that every user has a different Sender Name, access 'Deposit Fiat' to obtain individual s complete Sender Name. Upon transferring money, to check whether the transaction has been completed, please click on 'Transfer' -> 'Fiat Currency' -> 'History'. Usually, if a transfer is made before close of business for banks at SGT 15:00, it will take one to two hours for our system to update the deposit record. For a transfer made after SGT 15:00, the system will be updated in the following business day. Page 4

C. Buy/Sell Digital Asset Click on 'Trading' to access the Spot Trading interface as shown below: Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair Select Chart 1 to display Tick Chart Select Chart 2 to display Candlestick or Ichimoku charts. Click on one of the 3 icons in this section to switch between Streaming Order, Single Order, or Stop-Loss Order. The tutorial for placing an order will be explained in the following page. Page 5

Streaming Order: Click on 'Streaming', the following figure is the interface for Spot Trading Order details, section Sell/Buy will show the real-time market prices. To select a different currency pair, please use the drop-down menu on the upper left corner. (Page 5) Manually input quantity in this field or select any quantity icons as follows. Select Market Order or Limit Order to place an order. Market Order: If you choose to execute a Market Order, simply click on Buy or Sell to complete an order. Given that Market Order is based on the real-time market price, the actual order filled can be less favored from the price originally placed. The Sell/Buy icon shows the real-time market price. Click on Buy to place a buy order, or click on Sell to place a sell order. Limit Order: If you choose to execute a Limit Order, orders will only be filled according to the price indicated on the Sell/Buy icon. Note: To check the status of an order, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trade' > 'Order History' (Page 16) Click on Sell/Buy to access the page for order confirmation, if Skip confirmation screen is selected, orders will be filled without any notification. Please fill in your Transaction PIN. Page 6

Single Order Click on 'Single', the following figure is the interface for Spot Trading Order Use this section to Sell/Buy Manually input quantity in this field or select any quantity icons as follows. Select Market Order or Limit Order to place an order. Market Order: You may access Trading Center, using the market price chart to view the most update price. Given that Market Order is based on the real-time market price, the actual order filled can be a price that is unexpected. Limit Order: If you choose to execute a Limit Order, you can manually fill in your desired price. The order will not be filled until the market price hits the desired price. You may cancel or edit your order any time before the trade is completed. However, correction of orders cannot be done if trade has already been partially contracted. After filling in all the trading terms, click on Order to complete placing an order. Note: Click on Sell/Buy to access the page for order confirmation, if Skip confirmation screen is selected, orders will be filled without any notification. Note: To check the status of an order, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trading' > 'Order History' (Page 16-18) The unit price for Limit Order is based on one piece. Please fill in your Transaction PIN. Page 7

Stop-Limit Order: Click on 'Stop-Limit', the following figure is the interface for Spot Trading Order. Use this section to Sell/Buy Manually input quantity in this field or select any quantity icons as follows. Stop-Loss Sell/Buy order will be executed at a market price. Buy: Fill in the price that you wish to close the position. Order will be filled automatically at the next available market price, generally higher than your desired price. Trade will be triggered at the unit price of 1 piece. Sell: Fill in the price that you wish to close the position. Order will be filled automatically at the next available market price, generally lower than your desired price. After filling in all the trading terms, click on Order to complete placing an order. Note: Click on Sell/Buy to access the page for order confirmation, if Skip confirmation screen is selected, orders will be filled without any notification. Please fill in your Transaction PIN. Once you have clicked "Order', a confirmation screen will pop up as shown above. Note: Check your details before executing the order. Buy/Sell completed! Page 9

D. Receiving Digital Asset Log in to your account, click on 'Transfer' > 'Digital Asset' > 'Deposit Digital' Receive to access the interface as shown below. Click on 'Copy Address', then copy URL to clipboard and share with the cryptocurrency sender. Please refer to the notes for more receiving details. Click on 'Transfer' > 'Digital Asset' > 'Transfer History' to check the sent/ received transactions. Page 10

E. Sending Digital Asset Log in to your account, click on 'Transfer' > 'Digital Asset' > 'Withdraw Digital' to access the interface as shown below. To understand about the sending quantity and timing, please read the notes at the bottom of the page. Use the drop-dowselect a different digital menu to currency. Fill in the correct recipient cryptocurrency address Fill in the sending amount. After filling in all the trading terms, click on Order to complete placing an order. Select digi tal currency or SGD to fillin the amount you wish t o send, but the receiving party will only receive digital asset. Please fil l in your Transaction PIN. Click 'Get No." to receive a generated verification code which will be sent to your registered email Page 11

F. Withdrawals (Cash-out) Log into account, click on 'Transfer' -> 'Fiat Currency' -> 'Withdraw Fiat'. As shown in the figure below, please fill in your banking information accordingly and take note of the *remittance details indicated at the bottom of the page. Please confirm that all the information is correct. Bank account name needs to align with the user name registered with BITPoint Singapore. Click on either Specific Amount to fill in an amount you want to withdraw, or click on 'All Amount' to withdraw all the balance. After filling in all the trading terms, click on Order to complete placing an order. Upon withdrawal, you may proceed to 'Transfer' > 'Fiat Currency' > 'Deposit/ Withdrawal History' Page 12

G. Prices Log in to account. To check the current market price, click on 'Prices' -> 'Market Information' to display the interface as shown below, or use Market Order Panel to place an order. Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair. Using Market Order Panel to place an order. Page 13

To check the historical price of cryptocurrencies, click on 'Prices' -> 'Historical Prices' Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair. Charting Periods are available in Day/Week/Month. Page 14

To further study cryptocurrency price trends, click on 'Prices' > 'Chart' to access the following interface. Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair. Use the drop-down menu to select 1 min/5min/15min/30min/60min/day/week /Month chart. Use the supporting tool menu to analyze the market trend. Use the drop-down menu to select Mid/Sell (Bid) or Buy(Ask) price. Use the drop-down menu to select Ichimoku/Candlestick chart. Page 15

H. Inquiries To check, edit, or cancel an order, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trade' > 'Order History' to access the following interface. Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair. Use the drop-down menu to select Processing/Accepted/Correcting/Corrected/ Cancelling/Cancelled/Executed/Unexcuted/ Stop Loss Use the dropdown menu to select All/Sell/Buy Use the drop-down menu to select Today/Previous Day/1 month/3months/6months/1 year When the Correct/Cancel icon is shown, orders can be corrected/cancelled. Correction of orders can only be done when orders are not yet contracted. Please note that correction of orders cannot be done if partially contracted. Click on Order Details to further display the details. Page 16

To correct an order, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trade' > 'Order History' and open the confirmation interface shown below. Click 'Correct' Manually fill in the corrected quantity or select the quantity icon. You may manually correct the price The unit for price is by piece. Please fill in your Transaction PIN. Click on Order to access the page for order confirmation, if Skip confirmation screen is selected, orders will be filled without any notification. Page 17

To cancel an order, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trade' > 'Order History' to open the confirmation interface shown below. Please fill in your Transaction PIN. Click on Confirm to cancel the order. Page 18

Trade History: To check completed orders and trade related information, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trade' > 'Trade History' to open the interface shown below. Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair. Use the dropdown menu to select All/Sell/Buy Use the drop-down menu to select Today/Previous Day/1 month/3months/6months/1 year Page 19

Realized P&L: To check the realized Profit and Loss, and trade related information, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Trade' > 'Realized P&L' to open the interface shown below. Use the drop-down menu to select CCY Pair. Use the drop-down menu to select Today/Previous Day/1 month/3months/6months/15months/specific year Under the Period drop-down menu, select Year, then key in the year to check for historical data. Assets Summary: To click on 'Inquiries' > 'Asset Management' > 'Summary' to open the interface shown below. Page 21

Spot Asset Holdings: to check your BITPoint digital asset s positions, unrealized P&L, etc. Click on 'Inquiries' > 'Asset Management' > 'Holdings' to open the interface shown below. Page 22

View Statements: to check transaction and balance report, click on 'Inquiries' > 'Statements' > 'View Statements' Use the drop-down menu to select All/Unviewed/Viewed Use the drop-down menu to select Today/Previous Day/1 month/3months/6months/1 year Click on View, the popup window will display the PDF interface, click on the upper right hand corner menu to download or print the file. I. Account Management Edit Account Information: to edit account related information, click on 'Account' > 'Account Information' > 'Edit Account Information' to open the interface shown below. Click on Verification Code, the system will automatically deliver a set of verification code to the registered email address (please check your spam mail if not received). Please fill in your Transaction PIN. Page 24 Click on 'Confirm' to complete applying to change user information.

Change Transaction PIN: You can recover your account, change or reset your Transaction PIN if you forget it, by clicking on 'Account' > 'Account Information' > 'Change Transaction PIN' to open the interface shown below. Enter your current 4 digit Transaction PIN Enter your new Tra n saction PIN To unlock and recover your account, click on the hyperlink. Click on 'Update' to change your Transaction PIN. If forgot your PIN, please click on the hyperlink and follow the instructions. Page 25

Change login password: to change your login password, click on 'Account' > 'Account Information' > 'Change Password' to open the interface shown below. Enter your c urrent password. Enter your new password. Click on 'Update' to change your password. Forgot password: Please go to login screen if the current password has been forgotten, the login screen interface is as shown below. Click on the hyperlink to open confirmation interface. Page 26
