1 IOTAP MS CRM Add-ons 1.1 Record Clone - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Record Cloning or Record Copying for Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows you to create a duplicate record with the same values as the parent record. The format of the reference ID can be customized to suit your business requirements. 1.3 Report Scheduler - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and On-Premise IOTAP s Report Scheduler add-on enables easy scheduling of CRM data which is delivered automatically via email. It works from within CRM and requires no separate server. The trial version of Report Scheduler is available for immediate download and setup. Features: Interface to set-up recurring and automated email of CRM data on a periodic basis Event Reminder (Birthday \ Anniversary \ Contract expiry \ Opportunity close date approaching, etc.) Scheduled data back-up in the form of CSV or TXT files Users can easily receive CRM data in few clicks without any IT support Mobile Friendly (option to have the data sent in the body of the email) Direct navigation to CRM records from email via a click link Handles scheduling across multiple time-zones Takes care of all visibility rules set in Microsoft CRM Can send the data even to non-crm user email addresses (with admin approval) Secured Distribution allows blocking of any email addresses and any domain from receiving your scheduled reports. It displays the Contact Name, Day - Month and Age. Features: Be notified on the Dashboard as the birthday of each Contact approaches CRM Users can select contact whose Birthday reminder needs to be activated. 2 Product Overview IOTAP's Record Clone add-on for Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows users to create copy of records for not only System entities but also Custom and their related entities. Following system entities are supported out-of-the-box: Lead Account Contact Product Case Goals Opportunity and related Opportunity Product Opportunity Products Quote and related Quote Product Quote Product Order and related Order Product Order Product Invoice and related Invoice Product Invoice Product In-order to enable cloning for more Custom and their related entities, there will be some customizations needed. Further there is also an option to exclude certain fields from getting cloned. Key Benefits: Ability to clone not only System but also Custom and their related entities as well For Opportunity, Quote, Order and Invoice the related products are cloned as well Does not involve creation of any custom workflows or relationships Works from the CRM grid as well as the CRM form. Cloned record is automatically saved within CRM Once cloned the newly created record is popped up on the User Interface. Works for even new fields as soon as they are introduced within the entity. Easily exclude fields that should not be cloned Works for all deployments and clients for CRM (On-Premise/IFD/Partner hosted/online/outlook Offline Client) 7

2.1 Product Version & Supported CRM Deployment modes Product Version: 1.8 (does not require update rollup 12) Product Version: 3.0 (Requires Update Roll-Up 12 and has Multi-Cloning Functionality too) Supported CRM Deployment models: CRM Online, CRM On-Premise / IFD/ Partner Hosted 2.2 Trial Mode The demo trial mode has all the functionalities of the commercial version. The difference is that the trial will work for 5 days and will not require any license. 2.3 Installation Process In order to add the Cloning functionality to your CRM environment, you will need Record Clone solution file and the license code. (Please note that license is not required for taking the 5-day free trial) To request the license code, please purchase the add-on from IOTAP store and send the CRM Organization name to: support@iotap.com. For getting the Unique Organization name, please refer section: Appendix I: Getting Unique Organization Name 8

2.4 Activating the License To activate the license, please paste the license code in the Configuration page as shown below: Please remember to click Publish All Customizations button as shown below: 13

2.5 Assigning Security Role On importing the Clone solution file, the below security roles will become available: 1. IOTAP Clone (Admin): Apart from cloning and multi-cloning functionality, the admin will have the option to configure the fields that need to be excluded from cloning. 2. IOTAP Clone (User): Provides Clone functionality to user. 3. IOTAP Multi Clone (User): Provides Multi-Cloning functionality to user. 14

2.6 Creating a clone for Account record After the Record Clone solution has been imported, the Clone button will be available in the ribbon of the grid as well as the entity form. To create a copy of the record, select it and click the Clone button. 15

Similarly the Clone functionality will work for other supported entities. 2.7 Configuration - Excluding fields from Cloning In-order to exclude certain fields from getting cloned, make necessary configuration setting in the Clone Exclude section as shown below. Please note that the entity name as well as the comma separated list of field name needs to be the schema name. 16

2.8 Enable Event Logging To enable Event Logging: Browse to SettingsSolutionClone Double-Click to open configuration page, Click Settings and set checkbox to Enable Event Logging. Click Publish All Customizations If you get any error when using Clone functionality then 1. Enable Event log & try Cloning again. 2. Export Event log (Browse to SettingsClone Log and click Export to Excel ) 3. Email error details and Event log to support@iotap.com 17

2.9 Uninstallation process To uninstall clone, navigate to SettingsSolutions. Select RecordClone and click Delete as shown below: 18

2.10 EULA - END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Record Clone Add-on IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL: This IOTAP End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and IOTAP for the software product identified above which includes associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and IOTAP, (referred to as "licenser"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. This Software is available for license solely to SOFTWARE owners, with no right of duplication or further distribution, licensing, or sub-licensing. IF YOU DO NOT OWN THE SOFTWARE, THEN DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE SOFTWARE. Please note that the demo version does not need any licensing and is free to use till 48 hours after the installation. IOTAP grants to you a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the copy of the Software provided with this EULA. This software solution has been licensed for a single CRM Organization only. You agree that you may not copy the written materials accompanying the Software. Modifying, translating, renting, copying, transferring or assigning all or part of the Software, or any rights granted here under, to any other persons and removing any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the Software is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, you hereby agree not to create derivative works based on the Software. You may not transfer this Software. Without prejudice to any other rights, IOTAP may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your possession. Limitation of Liability In no event shall IOTAP be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising from the use of the program or accompanying documentation. Offshore Engagement Model Dedicated Resources: The cost is based on a flat monthly fee for the resource based on experience level and duration of the commitment. In this model we would act as an extension of your team with a dedicated team member. Monthly costs range from $6500 to $7500. Project based Fixed Price: We execute a specific scope of services at a Fixed Price. You provide us with a specific set of requirements and a specifications document and we deliver an estimate and the solution. We manage the project deliverables and resources. The cost for this is based on the estimates. This sort of engagement is appropriate for projects that require more than 100 hours in duration with clear scope and documentation. Block Hours and T&M**: Ideally suited for on-going support engagements or where the scope is not clear. This is a block of consulting hours that can be used during the month. Unused hours are rolled over for 2 months and then capped for 2 months and SLA based model is followed for delivery.
