Number of Positions: 200 Sampling Print Defect Detection This feature is used to automatically find and highlight differences in print quality from a stored master image. This feature will detect typical print defects, such as streaking, ink splashes and spots, haze, misregistration, filled in and missing print and color variations. Sensitivity can be easily adjusted depending on the tolerances required and image tracking is included with this module. High-speed Motorized Traverse Provides a high-speed precision motorized traverse assembly which allows the operator to automatically inspect the web. Multi-Position 100% Repeat Inspection This option will provide automatic print defect detection of the entire repeat. Setup Mode - The system will automatically calculate the number of camera positions required based on the web width, repeat length and field of view to inspect the entire repeat. Train Mode - Using a one-touch train command from the operator, the system will automatically position the camera and learn the good image. Inspect Mode The RX300 will then cycle through all the positions inspecting for print defects by comparing the live image with the stored master image for each position. When a defect is detected, the camera will stop at that position and alert the operator of the defect. The defect will be highlighted in red, boxes will be placed around the defects, and an alarm light and horn can be activated. The electronic zoom option will allow the operator to instantly magnify the defect area. Once the defect has been corrected or retrained by the operator, the system will continue the 100% repeat inspection process.
