Imperfect material which might occasionally occur in a production run will be replaced. owever, before authorization for return is given, samples of the material must be submitted to Polaris. ARRANTIES Polaris Guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the date of sale. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any product to be defective within 6 months from the date of delivery. GOVERNING A This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Polaris products are manufactured under the best quality control standards utilized by our industry. Generally, products are subjected to tests recognized by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters aboratories (U/),Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and/or other governing bodies as applicable under the specific circumstances. In this facility, we manufacture dual rated (Aluminum and Copper) electrical connectors, neutral bars, box connectors, and insulated block connectors to fit any customer application. All manufacturing tooling and equipment are developed in house to give us complete flexibility and insure product quality when dealing with special customer needs which may require us to custom make an item.
