2 THE NEW JETCAMS The JETCAM 0 PRO, the JETCAM 0 Truck Version as also the JETCAM 0 STAND ALONE are highly efficient pipe cleaning systems for the inspection and cleaning of sewer pipes. Uncomplicated The JETCAM 0 PRO is easy to use. Before and after the obstruction removing it serves as pipe cleaning system. It s equipped with a high-performance camera for optical orientation on each working steps. The JETCAM 0 PRO is as well simple to transport and to operate. It has a collapsible reel and fits therefore in any vehicle. It is light weight and easy to transport even for one person. It can steer. And it is propelled by a water jet. Because of this, it travels in any lateral far beyond any conventional system will do. Practically Nearby the same system as the JetCam 0 PRO, but this model is built-on on your jetter. Mobile The JETCAM 0 STAND ALONE is a full mobile system. It contains of only few components like HP hose and control case. It is small, it is lightweight and easy to transport. In the function there is no difference to the JETCAM 0 PRO. The easy handling and the good price / performance ratio will convince you in this model.

3 SO EASY... Inspection Cleaning Documentation In only one working task you will be able to realise results where you so far needed much more time and equipment. With the JETCAM 0 PRO, it is possible to travel into all sewer lateral from only one manhole. If the max. hose length of 0 m (9 ft) is sufficient, the location does not need to be changed. This saves a lot of effort and time. Your customers will be pleased by your additional service! FUNCTIONS OF THE NEW JETCAMS Self-propelled The JETCAM can be connected to any high pressure jetter. The backward jetting unit provides the thrust to propel the camera head into the pipe. Steering function The steering nozzle is located directly behind the camera head and jets permanently. So it is possible: to drive through bends to steer into laterals even into T-branches hovering over dirt instead of running into it Structure of the camera head with steering part: Steering unit and backward flushing unit Camera head: High performance camera for the permanent orientation and documentation with optional: Location Transmitter (sonde) Hz Switchable forward jetting nozzle for removing obstructions Steering nozzle: for steering into laterals Backward flushing unit: with nozzles, having the defined jetting angle to propel the camera head through the pipe for cleaning Cleaning Because of the permanently backward jetting water there is also a cleaning effect while moving forward. Instead of this, a steering unit with rotary nozzle could be mounted. The rotary nozzle body may also be replaced with a rotary beat body which is effective against incrustations. Obstruction removing The forward jetting nozzle can be activated remotely at the blocked position. If the obstruction will not be destroyed in the first attempt, turning of the hose will assist in removing the obstruction. Inspection The camera is equipped with a specially designed lens for a wide field of view to have the full overview. Alternative: Steering part unit with backward jetting unit This backward jetting unit contains nozzles. Six of them are jetting in an angle of., the other in an angle of. The cleaning result is improved by the number of the nozzles and the different angles. Documentation Documented by films and photos, your customer receives the evidence of a cleaned pipe.

5 INSPECTIONS ACCORDING RULES WITH THE JETCAM With the models JetCam 0 PRO and JetCam Truck Version it is possible to make inspections according defect catalogs such as DIN EN 08, WRc or others.
