The robust inspection tool consistently collects and manages in-the-field inspection video and data. The software is easy to install, learn and use. It integrates seamlessly with Aries inspection systems, providing robust operation with the essential tools to standardize inspection. BoreOptix uses Aries field-proven VL5000 Computer Controlled Overlay, requiring little customization to get started. The program operates on a laptop or PC with support for Windows 7/8/10. One-year technical support includes software patches and upgrades.

3 VIDEO CAMERAS Specialized Cameras for Borehole Inspection BT Series High quality video for evaluation in water well, oil & gas and mining applications Aries video cameras are specialized tools for specific well applications. On-screen diagnostics monitor pressure, humidity and temperature. SC Series Single conductor, dual-armored steel cable is used to transmit video, and suspend and lower the cameras. A ring light is available for open air, lost tool and fishing applications. Can achieve depth of 5,000 feet when not submerged. BT SERIES: Dual View Water Well Camera Technically advanced BT9600 and BT9700 cameras provide high-quality video for efficient well assessment. The single-module camera tilts offcenter under operator control to look down the borehole or to inspect the well casing. The camera lens module can rotate continuously 360 to inspect the entire diameter or a casing joint. A 10X optical zoom enables close inspection. A forward-placed LED light head provides bright, downhole viewing for easy inspection of large diameter wells. WC SERIES: Slimline Water Well Camera Slimline WC1750 cameras are ideal for inspecting small boreholes, monitoring wells, and accessing between the casing and pump. The Dual View camera features high intensity, long-life LED lighting. Operator-controlled features include adjustable focus, electronic shutter (iris), controls for low/medium/high lighting intensity, slow/medium/fast rotation, and rotation direction. SC SERIES: Large Diameter Borehole Camera The SC3500 Pan and Tilt Zoom camera has a maximum submerged depth of 120 feet. When not submerged, a depth of 5000 feet is possible, making this camera ideal for large diameter mine shafts, tanks and open cavernous areas. The camera rotates 360 in either direction. The Pan and Tilt function automatically slows down when inspecting with the zoom feature. High intensity LED lighting and automatic exposure compensation provide unobstructed viewing and sharp video images. 3

Rack-mounted controls are housed in a state-of-the-art control center. 5 EXPLORER MOBILE SYSTEM Systems for Quick Water Well Inspection Easy set up for one-person operation at depths to 1200 feet Explorer Model EX1210 is a completely integrated system with camera, winch, control unit and battery. The compact unit with a user-friendly interface is easily set-up for quick inspections, increasing efficiency and reducing operating costs. A dual view camera, with 360 rotation provides downhole and side-view profiling. The camera operates in 2- to 12-inch diameter boreholes. High intensity LED arrays for both views ensure bright, sharp video images. The mobile inspection system includes an electric winch with 1200 feet of Kevlar reinforced single-conductor cable. A variable-speed motor control operates at speeds up to 40 feet-per-minute. A boom arm extends up to 48 inches for easy positioning. The cart also includes a rechargeable 12-VDC battery; a control unit with 8-inch LCD screen, DVR recorder and wireless keyboard. 6 MOBILE INSPECTION EQUIPMENT Component-Based Video Inspection Systems Versatile systems for inspecting water wells, boreholes and large-diameter ventilation shafts Aries inspection systems include a winch, a winch controller, and a camera controller with power supply. Select from three Aries borehole cameras (shown on page 4). A typical system also includes a choice of light heads, centralizers and a lightweight tripod with snatch block. An optional swivel base and boom arm is available for vehicle mounting. Consult your sales representative to order the correct components to meet your needs. Inspection Winch Select from three models, with the largest capacity reel holding up to 5000 feet of single conductor ¼-inch steel armored cable. A heavy-duty powder-coated steel frame resists corrosion. A level wind ensures uniform cable spooling for fast camera retrieval. All models include an emergency hand brake, a cable head, a variable-speed controller and a mechanical counter. An encoder provides accurate on-screen depth measurement. A sealed slip-ring ensures a continuous maintenance-free connection. 7 Camera controller with rack mounted system Swivel Base Winch System An optional swivel base is available for vehicle, skid or truck bed mounting. The assembly features a telescopic boom arm that extends 12 feet. This set-up can be vehicle mounted, with the winch, camera and lights operated by a rack-mounted control unit in a control room. See page 4. Winch Controller Select from hand-held or counter-mounted Winch Controllers for 120 VAC or 220 VAC service. The Model DW1000 counter-mounted controller is available with an optional hand-held controller (DW1500) that plugs into the counter-mounted unit. Consult your sales representative to order the correct Winch Control Unit for your system. Two types of Power Supply Units can be used. The ST4000 Series Power Supply accommodates a video recorder, keyboard and printer. The BT1200 Series Power Supply requires a laptop. Complete factors determining the exact power supply include voltage, display units (metric or imperial), and cable length.
