2 ROV SERVICES 2012 Custom built 600m Spectre manufactured by DOER Marine. Our Spectre is an electric light work class vehicle equipped with precision tracking system, optically corrected color HD video camera, color laser video measuring system, multi-beam imaging sonar and five axis hydraulic manipulator. Optional payloads include Conductivity/ Temperature/Depth sensor and sample collection. Scanning sonar, sub-bottom profile sonar and other custom sensor packages and tools can also be integrated if desired. Combined with a compact and light weight Launch and Recovery System (LARS), our Spectre s low power consumption, excellent optics and sensors make it an ideal vehicle for marine research and/or light work that can be deployed from our boat or any platform. It incorporates a glass hemispherical viewport with proprietary corrected optics which virtually eliminates geometric and chromatic distortion, and a 10:1 super wide angle zoom lens with a 93 degree diagonal angle of view (approximately). The Typhoon VMS (Video Measuring System) is a new state of the art Tritech product. It is designed to give measurements to milimetric accuracies of any target in the camera's field of view.

It provides robust spread spectrum data transfer from an extremely compact unit. The MicronNav system is an innovative USBL tracking system designed for small ROV / AUV.
