Haida specialize in research, development and producing high end quality optical glass filters particularly for use on photographic equipment. Haida Optical Workshop has a full set of equipment for optical glass machining and inspection and all optical filters are assembled in a completely dustless environment. The Hardware Workshop is equipped with 14 sets of high precision CNC Machines producing all types and sizes of metal frames for Camera Filters. The Plastic Workshop is equipped with several sets of Injection Moulding Machines which specialize in machining camera accessories of plastic material.

2 150 Series Insert Filter Holder System Haida 150 Series Insert Filter Holder system is designed for Super-wide angle lenses, which cannot mount Circular Filters. The holder set system includes 1 Filter Holder and 2 Adapter rings. For different super-wide angle lenses the adapter ring is dedicated but the holder is universal. 3 Key features of Haida 150 Series Filter Holder 1. High quality Aluminum material. Stronger and more stable than ABS plastic material. 2. With other brands of 150 series insert filter systems vignette will happen at approx. 16mm when 2 insert filters are used at one time, for example on Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8 G ED lens. The Haida 150 system allows 2 pieces 150*150mm or 150*170mm insert filters at the same time, and there is no vignette (>14mm). This is a very important advantage. Most of the other brands of 150 series filter holder only use 1 piece filter to avoid vignette. 3. Three filters can be used at the same time with the addition of optional screws and side guides are available separately.

4 The complete holder system for the following lenses are available: 4. The Haida systems allows smooth rotation of the holder thru 360 degree s. The special design allows rotation of both the holder together with the insert filter. Fixing the holder with the filters at any degree is easily completed and with very little vibration. 5. Thanks to the design, mounting the Haida 150 series holder on a lens can be completed within 10 seconds.

7 Light Blocking Gaskets for the 150 filter holder. When using ND1.8, 64x, 6 stops, high density ND filter or even higher density ND filters, such as ND3.0, 1000x, 10 Stops, a blocking gasket is needed to block side lighting. These gaskets are included with the relevant filters A special feature of the Haida 150 series holder is the gaskets stick on the holder directly and not on each ND filter as with some other brands.

8 Adapter Ring For photographers who want to use the 150 series filter holder on not only the super wide angle lens but also on other lenses, Haida supply a perfect solution. It is the Adapter ring. The diameter of this ring is 82mm, for example allows use of the 150 holder on Canon 16-35mm wide angle lens directly. The Canon 16-35mm lens s front filter thread diameter size is 82mm. Can the 150 filter holder fit smaller thread diameter size lenses? Yes, to solve the problem, a step-up ring is in need. For example, to use the 150 series filter holder on Canon 17-40mm lens, use a 77mm-82mm step-up ring and then the Haida Adaptor ring.

9 Adapter Ring Mount the 77mm-82mm step-up ring on the Canon 17-40mm lens first, then, add on the adapter ring, then, use the 150 series filter holder system. Haida adapter ring is also available for 77mm front lens diameters. For other lens, which front screw size is less than 77mm, a suitable step-up adapter ring is needed.
