10 The AA Experience with Growing Communications The PDE* department sought increased opportunities to expand intake and throughput of PMA projects, along with added responsibilities arising from incorporation of the pre-merger fleets. Focused responsibility for alternate part solutions Challenges with communications increased significantly with two airline groups merging as one.
