5 What our idea is Through international cooperation innovative additional values can be achieved like a new dimension of MENTA development by linking it to state and private insurance systems as conscious usage of MENTA would supposedly decrease risks and so the cash outflow. Evidence based recording of health protection activities and services in the application could also be rewarded as these contribute to healthy living. Savings can then be reallocated to other health protection purposes, such as sport, recreation, health industry services. MENTA basic version is planned to be used by 1-4% of Hungarian population (cca. 100, ,000 users), expected to grow to 7-20% after the introduction of new motivation models, so access to several different types of end user communities with improved interaction between patients, their relatives and care givers is available. Through the result of the MENTA development, applying the Problem Oriented Portable Patient Record the secured dataflow between Health Information Systems can be supported.
