2 Introduction Full Circle Compliance now welcomes registrations for its academy training course Developing an Internal Compliance Program for Export Controls & Sanctions. The course will take place at our office at Landgoed Groenhoven, Bruchem, the Netherlands, and is ideally suited for beginning compliance professionals and/or for professionals who aim to enhance their organization s compliance efforts. This course includes hands-on exercises, compliance peer networking, and a personal testimony of an expert, who developed and implemented an ICP within his company.

5 Instructors Our Internal Compliance Program (ICP) Course will be led by: Drs. Ghislaine C.Y. Gillessen RA Partner and Managing Director Ghislaine Gillessen has a Master s degree in Economics and Business Administration, and is a member of the Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants. She was the first independent auditor to be contracted by the Dutch government to perform a trade compliance audit of the Dutch Ministry of Defense, and to advise the Dutch government on several bilateral and multilateral trade treaties. She advises multinational corporations on framework integration of complex legislation. Ghislaine is also the driving force behind, and Honorary Lecturer in, the Executive Master s in International Trade Compliance (EMITC) program, which Full Circle Compliance has set up in cooperation with the University of Liverpool in London. Before joining FCC, Ghislaine set up the trade compliance audits and risk assessment specialty practice at PwC.

6 Instructors Our Internal Compliance Program (ICP) Course will be led by: Marco Crombach MSc Senior Manager Marco focuses on export compliance challenges in the Aerospace & Defense Industry, the Automotive Industry, and Technology Industry. He has worked for 20 years for various companies of which 14 years for Koch Industries Inc., where he built and led a Customs and International Trade Compliance department for more than 5 years. By challenging the International Trade Compliance concept, he brought the International Trade Compliance organization to a world-class level. Marco is a Conceptual & Analytical thinker who can lay the foundation for tailor-made applications, for collecting, processing and presenting data to various levels of an organization. He is writer of Global International Trade Compliance Policies & Procedures, International Trade Compliance Metric & KPI Dashboards, and Global Customs & International Trade Compliance Manuals. Marco is a key-player in the implementation of SAP Global Trade System (GTS) module (Blue Print, Design, GAP analysis, Configuration & Training Staff), and responsible for the Architecture & Design of Microsoft SharePoint.
