Papers published in proceedings, extension papers, etc. will be considered as additional professional qualification/ expertise. v) Good written & oral communication & presentation skills. Communications, Electronics and MLSC or relevant discipline with 15 years proven experience in SPS-08 / BS-17 or equivalent and above in relevant field in a reputable Scientific/Research i. M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline from HEC recognized University with 05 years post qualification relevant experience OR B.Sc. (Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline with good academic record plus suitable post qualification experience of at least 07 years in Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ International iii. Proficiency in preparation of PC-1. iv. Construction management and administration of contracts. Maintenance of infrastructure facilities. v. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. i) Ph.D with 02 research publications in HEC recognized journals with Impact Factor (IF) OR M.Sc (Hons) / M.Phil / M.E / M.Sc (Engg) or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline with 05 years post qualification relevant experience in SPS-08/BS-17 or equivalent in R&D organization. ii) Candidates must have first division OR CGPA 3.00 OR more in the highest iii) In case of M.Sc (Hons)/M.Phil or equivalent qualification 5 research papers in relevant discipline in HEC recognized journals with Impact Factor (IF).
