3 HPE Resell Deal Registration Why use HPE Resell DealReg HPE Resell Program Deal Registration is applied when partner wants to sell Veeam licenses through HPE distribution network. Benefits include: Deal protection (no other partner will get any special pricing or discount for this project) Sales and Technical assistance (Veeam will help you configure and position the solution properly) Access to NSP (special pricing for opportunities above $150k MSRP available only for registered deals) Who can benefit from HPE Resell DealReg Any HPE partner can benefit from HPE Resell Program Deal Registration if their deal meets minimum threshold of 7000 USD or equivalent in local currency.
4 HPE Resell Deal Registration How do I get access to HPE Resell DealReg HPE Resell Program Deal Registration is available for all Veeam ProPartners who are registered as resellers at Veeam ProPartner Portal. Registration process is easy and takes less than 15 minutes. Where can I find HPE Resell DealReg Log into the Veeam ProPartner Portal, go to the Workplace tab and click on Register a Deal. You will be transferred to main Veeam Deal Registration with a possibility to choose HPE Resell Program Deal Registration

6 Getting to the form Step 1: Login into Veeam ProPartner Portal. In the Workplace tab choose Register a Deal. Step 2: Make sure you choose HPE Deal Registration (based on the region and partner level, some partners can choose between HPE Resell Program Deal Registration and traditional Veeam Deal Registration)
7 Filling the form Step 3: End-user details End User Type government for public customers and commercial for all the rest Contact name and details Veeam will contact the end-user to verify the opportunity and your role in the deal. Please make sure to give us relevant counterpart on the end-user side and correct contact details
8 Filling the form Step 4: Deal details Products choose the product, edition and hypervisor you are proposing to customer Contact name and details Veeam will not contact the end-user to approve the Deal registration, however we require these details Number of sockets Veeam uses socket-based licensing model, so of sockets = of licenses (If number of licenses is not known yet please put your approximation here.) Amount quoted if there is no quote created yet please put your approximation MSRP $ value size Selling Veeam together with hardware if you are offering Veeam as part of a bigger project please let us know what other HPE products are offered
9 Filling the form Step 5: Partner details Are you the primary Sales contact if you choose yes your contact details will be pulled from the ProPartner profile (can be changed in the account settings) HPE Distributor company name if you are buying through HPE distributor please let us know which one, else put none HPE Partner Business Manager please put your HPE PBM here. It will be our backup contact for the deal and NSP process PRESS SUBMIT
10 Next steps Once complete the form will be submitted to the regional Veeam Sales team for review. Veeam representative will contact you to review the opportunity and agree on next steps. You can check all submitted Deal Registrations in the My Registered Deals tab available from the Workplace menu. If the opportunity is approved by Veeam Sales, you will receive an including the Deal Registration Approval Number (DRAN). The DRAN is required for compliance and tracking purposes. If the opportunity is not approved you will also receive a mail with reasons for decline.
