3 AVID ISIS DEPLOYMENTS IMPORTANT: StorageDNA testing has found considerable reliability and performance degradation using the configuration: DNA EVOLUTION WITH AVID ISIS STORAGE USING A WINDOWS-BASED DATA MOVER AND WINDOWS ISIS CLIENT, therefore, DO NOT DEPLOY THIS CONFIGURATION. Instead, deploy only the following supported configuration shown here: Highlights: o Ensure compatibility with Avid ISIS Linux client. o Ensure compatibility with Avid certified 10 Gb Ethernet cards. o Reseller is responsible for purchasing and installing 10 Gb card. - Reseller/Customer is responsible for installation and setup of Avid ISIS Linux client. If support from StorageDNA is required, additional installation time may need to be added. (NOTE: You may have to remove the existing fuse libraries using yum remove fuse-libs before installing the Avid ISIS client) Page 3 of 7

APPLE XSAN AND QUANTUM STORNEXT DEPLOYMENTS The supported configuration for XSAN or StorNext deployments is shown here: - Assumes FC connectivity to XSAN and StorNext.
