Apr-Jun (Module G2 24 hours) Workshop for IT Process Improvement using COBIT 5 Reengineer the IT Process and learn how to apply CobiT5 in various management practices including Maturity Assessment, Risk Management, obtaining Assurance, Compliance and Performance measurements. (Module M2 24 hours) Managing Architecture, Risks and Projects Guiding principles for Enterprise Architecture, Project and Program Management and the practices for managing enterprise induced IT Risks and implementing controls.
