This provides a remote environment review, network planning and switch configuration (if applicable). 1. Ensure proper planning and configuration of networking equipment that will directly connect to the HC3 virtualization appliance 2. Provide insight into networking considerations when working with the HC3 system 1. Environment review and network planning call 2. Best practice overview 3. Knowledge transfer 4. Remote configuration of 1GbE or 10GbE Switch(s) - if applicable 1. Configuration of switches to work within existing networking infrastructure including VLANs, STP, logging, and other basic switch functions 2. Setup of HA networking for multiple switches - if applicable Requirements:

2 Scale Computing will assist with remote configuration of switches that are listed on the "Recommended Switches" list in the HC3 Networking Guidelines document available on the Scale Computing website and customer support portal. We have insufficient information to configure any switches that are not on this list. 1. Configuration of switches or networking equipment not on the Scale Computing "Recommended Switches" list in the HC3 Networking Guidelines document available on the Scale Computing website and customer support portal. 2. Configuration of SNMP, or any third-party remote management software 3. Configuration of RADIUS, TACACS+, or AAA authentication methods for switch credentials 1. The switches are listed in the"recommended Switches" list in the HC3 Networking Guidelines document available on the Scale Computing website and customer support portal 2. A workstation with either a serial connection or USB to serial setup for console access to a switch, as well as Internet access for providing the remote configuration 1. PuTTY or another appropriate tool for accessing serial ports from Windows workstations 3. Existing "core" network is accessible from the designated switch network 1. All required cables have been purchased and are physically ready for deployment 2. Existing network equipment is compatible with purchased switches 3. The HC3 cluster will be configured after the switch configuration This service is designed to provide remote installation by a Scale Computing representative. This will provide an easy way to initialize and configure HC3 virtualization appliance. This service is combined with additional Scale Computing services to ensure easy onboarding to the HC3 system. 1. Have a Scale Computing representative remotely provide assistance with initialization and configuration of the HC3 system 2. Provide an overview of the HC3 system UI and basic functionality

3 3. Provide hand-off steps for additional services to be completed by the Scale Computing Support and Services team remotely 1. Pre-Installation Call - to be completed prior to remote installation 2. Remote initialization of HC3 System 3. Remote UI configuration and walkthrough 4. Additional services including Quickstart Migration and/or HC3 Expert Training (optional) Requirements: 1. Network Planning Call and/or Switch Configuration Service as well as Pre-Installation Call are required to be completed prior to the Remote Installation 2. HC3 System nodes should be physically racked, cabled, and powered on prior to the remote installation 3. A KVM or monitor and keyboard setup for initial configuration 4. All operating system ISO' files, or access to the installation media 1. Mounting/Racking/Cabling of Scale Computing or 3rd party equipment 2. Configuration of switches or networking equipment 3. Configuration of SNMP, or any third-party remote management software 1. HC3 System nodes should be physically racked, cabled, and powered on 2. A KVM or monitor and keyboard setup for initial configuration 3. All operating system ISO' files, or access to the installation media 1. All required cables have been purchased and are physically ready for deployment 2. Licensing of guest software wherein the software is legally licensed to run in a virtual environment 3. 4 This service is designed to provide additional insight and experience for new customers on how to best manage their HC3 system and a virtualized environment. This training is meant to cover key areas that may be different from a infrastructure with all physical servers or from a different virtualized environment. At the end of this training the trainee should feel comfortable in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting their HC3 environment. 1. Provide information on HC3, Scribe, and virtualization 2. Provide deeper knowledge of how to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the HC3 virtualization appliance 1. 4 hours of remote training completed with a senior support and services engineer 2. Q&A for questions related to specific use case or environment questions 3. HC3 Expert Certificate for completing the training 4. A copy of the training materials 1. Scheduling a time allotment for 4 hours of remote training during Scale Computing standard business hours 2. Ensuring all necessary parties will attend the remote training 1. The HC3 virtualization appliance has been installed 2. Users on the call have a basic understanding of virtualization, networking, and server management The HC3 ScaleCare Migrate Quickstart Service moves one Windows or Linux physical host or virtual machine to an HC3 virtual machine. It is intended for customers who plan to manage the migration of all other servers to HC3 and want a quick way to ensure they understand how to use HC3 Move software. No licenses are included with the Quickstart Migrate Service. This service is delivered remotely. 1. Initial Discovery and Planning

5 2. Scheduling 3. Installation of Migration Agents and Management Console (HC3 and Source) 4. Transfer, Migration, and Failover 5. Post-migration Health Assessment 1. Conversion of [qty] Microsoft Windows Server or Linux Server guest[s] (physical or virtual) workload onto an HC3 Virtual Machine[s] 2. Demonstrate use and concepts with HC3 Migrate Software and successful failover/migration 3. Interactive hands-on session for "x2v" methodology with HC3 Move and Availability software 1. Application configuration and application performance tuning 2. Repurposing or demotion of legacy hardware 3. Network configuration and/or environmental changes 1. The Scale Computing HC3 Cluster has been properly installed by a Scale Computing Certified installer 2. All guest licenses are supported for independent VM Migration (volume-licensed or non-"oem") 3. Full backups have been taken of the guest prior to migration 4. Accessibility of the existing guests can be obtained via WebEx or VPN for remote migration 5. Existing guests are accessible from the HC3 cluster and are in the same Active Directory Domain 6. A separate account will be provided to Scale with "Domain Admin" rights to install necessary software components 7. Providing and uploading the required Operating System "ISO" files 8. Accessibility to all license keys for operating systems 9. Repurposing or demotion of legacy hardware 10. TCP Ports: 6360 and 6366 are open for all hosts involved in the migration 11. The "source" and "target" networks are reachable if IP addresses will be different, the required network configurations exist and have been validated. 1. The customer has properly licensed Operating Systems for use on HC3 2. Applications on the guest[s] to be migrated are supported and sanctioned by the vendor to run in a virtual environment 3. Existing guest[s] has no more than 10 physical or virtual "disks" for conversion 4. Physical hardware supported for conversion is internal hard drives (Logical or Physical) and
