This refers to the mode of software acquisition. Receiving Support from DMG MORI Managing Machine Operation Improving Efficiency by Connecting the Factory and Office Central Tool Management Remote alarm monitoring support by the Service Center Machine diagnosis by the Service Center Downloading 3D tool models for 3D interference checking Machine operation management function Notifications by Periodic reports Measurement input interface Statistical processing Data input/output In-machine data backup Remote operation and monitoring Sending messages to the machine The tool management system If an alarm is generated at a machine, the alarm is transmitted to the DMG MORI Service Center to provide remote maintenance service by a service member. DMG MORI s service member remotely diagnoses the machine on occurrence of a machine alarm and takes the necessary steps for recovery. Precision tool model data can be downloaded directly to the machine from the tool model download web page inside DMG MORI. Information on the operating status of machines can be checked from a PC at any time. This enables centralized management of machine operating statuses. Our Service Center can send alarms or completion notifications by to your PC or mobile phone. Reports on operating rates, production results, alarm history, and other operating information can be sent out regularly. Automatically collects in-machine measurement data stored in macro variables. Data is stored in a server, statistically processed, and displayed as a graph. The system reports maximum, minimum, and average values plus Cp and Cpk for a measurement point. This provides users with valuable quality control information. Programming data can be input/output between an office PC and a machine. Data files in the machines can be backed up to the hard disk of the PC. MAPPS screens can be displayed and operated remotely on a PC at the office. This function enables you to send simple messages to another machine. MCC-TMS centrally manages tool-related data and components, contributing to reducing setup times and errors. 4 MORI-NETWORK
