15 Extension of functionality New: Setting the clock time in SIMOTION/SINAMICS by PLC (Chapter ) If required, PLC checks and sets the clock time in Simotion/Sinamics New: An alternative positioning method for positioning an axis subject to mechanical oscillation in actual speed (Chapter ) Add new operation mode Easy positioning Changeable smooth-time (jerk) in all operation modes The smooth-time are added in the definition of telegram between PLC and Simotion (PZD13, PZD14) Changeable deceleration during the braking phrase In the operation mode Automatic, Manual and Easy positioning The longer deceleration time than the max. deceleration will be not accepted for safety issue. New: More standard applications, e.g. STS and GSU in AC/DC mixed drives configuration, RTG Crane with virtual S7-Interface GSU with 4 drives for grab STS Crane with backup-drives OHBC Crane with distributed synchronous operation between two cranes Page 15
