1 Release Notes for Monitor AutoWhiteAdjustment v1.5 Software: Monitor AutoWhiteAdjustment v1.5 Monitor AutoWhiteAdjustment is a PC software application for measuring and adjusting the color temperature and luminance of a compatible Sony monitor. New Features from v1.4 Calibration of color temperature and luminance of PVM-X550 v2.0 or later. Windows 10 support. Additional probes support: o Konica Minolta CA-410 o JETI spectraval 1501, spectraval 1511 o Colorimetry Research CR-250 Changes from v1.4 LMD-xx41 Series and 50, 51 Series are not supported with AutoWhiteAdjustment v1.5. Please continue to use AutoWhiteAdjustment v1.4 to calibrate these monitors. Konica Minolta CS-200 is no longer supported in v1.5. AutoWhiteAdjustment v1.5 is native 64-bit application software. Middleware:.NET Framework is required. Note Regarding Bias Calibration of Sony OLED Monitors, this software only adjusts the RGB Gain controls to achieve accurate calibration. The internal digital data for color temperature / White balance for near-black levels is automatically corrected by the gamma tracking to correspond with the gains White balance adjustment. This is because the OLED display device can achieve accurate reproduction of very low luminance signals and Black levels beyond the sensitivity of most probes. Therefore, inaccuracies can occur under inappropriate conditions. If it is desired to adjust the RGB bias controls to improve the accuracy, refer to the section Adjusting Bias of the OLED Monitor details in the User Guide of Monitor AutoWhiteAdjustment V1.5.

AutoWhiteBalance v1.4 and v1.5 can t be installed on a single PC. Uninstall v1.4 before installing v1.5. Likewise, uninstall v1.5 before installing v1.4. When installing v1.5, download and install.net Framework which is available from Microsoft s website. Install the additional software or driver when your probe requires them. *2 When the software versions of the monitors are older than the versions in the list, contact the Sony service representative, your Sony representative or an authorized Sony dealer for updating your monitor.
