2 General Description * Description This is a color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This model is composed of a Transmissive type TFT-LCD Panel, driver circuit, backlight unit. This pin can be permanently fixed Low in MCU interface mode only. This signal will reset the device and must b e applied to properly initialize the chip. hen RCM1= 0 (MCU /F), D[17:0] are used to MCU parallel interface data bus, and D 0 is also the serial input/ output signal in S P interface mode. n serial interface, D[17: 1] are not used and should be connected t o ground.
