The PPR System ensures an exact repeatability of the welding result over the entire lamp live time. The automated energy adjustment allows to plan the next service (changing of the flash lamp) long in advanced, a manual control of the laser energy output is not required any more. The complete programming of the PPR system is simply done at the hand held terminal, a bright visible three colour indicator makes it easy to see the status of the controller at all times. Especially the combination with the microscope process head upgrades the laser to a complete x-y-z-r workstation. The axis can be chosen to find the best economical solution for each application. The PDS system synchronise the motion speed and pulse frequency for x,y,z and rotary axis to achieve a constant welding spot overlapping. Specially for joystick controlled process with its fast changing of speed and direction, this real time synchronisation between laser and motion axis ensures a constant welding process with homogeneous welding seam. Features like teach-in (4-axis) and customized motion control software for serial production are also available.
