The type test reports should be witness or test should be carried out at NABL accredited/ test laboratory. 2 The offered equipment have to be designed, manufactured and tested as per relevant IS/IEC with latest amendments. 3 Three nos. copies of Instruction Manuals (for operation, maintenance, erection, shipping and storage) in Hindi / English language shall be supplied (Soft and Hard copy), one month prior to the dispatch of the equipment. 4 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Lightning Arrester & Insulating base? 5 Whether the offered drawing of the insulating base is matching with existing insulating base? 6 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Grading Ring? 7 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Terminal connectors? 8 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Surge Monitor cum operation counter & leakage meter? 9 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Name plate details? 10 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Cut way section? 11 Has bidder uploaded his offered material`s Dimensional Drawing for Voltage Time curve? 12 Tentative QA plan is attached in Annexure-IX.
