System Design We know that it can be a daunting prospect designing a complete end-to-end solution incorporating equipment and software components from a number of different manufacturers, but our vast industry knowledge allows us to quickly and easily design a processing and storage solution that is the best fit for your application. Simply let us know how many and which cameras you are using, resolution, frame rate, archive time and other factors such as motion detection or alarm activation and we will do the maths for you. Alternatively send us a camera or VMS manufacturer's system design document and we will work it out from there. 16 Support & Warranty At Secure Logiq we have the opinion that it is only a great product if it has great support, this forms a fundamental part of our value proposition. One common question is 'How can you compete with a global on-site warranty?' and the answer is simple: we design systems with added resilience that simply do not go wrong in the field. Redundant Disks and PSUs ensure that the most common server components to fail have hot spares and our servers will continue to function normally even after disk and power supply failure. We have, however, entered into an agreement with the global support company Neeco to enable us to provide similar levels of support to other global suppliers. All Secure Logiq products have a 3 year advance replacement warranty.
