To verify compliance to several governmental, institutional or manufacturer specific emission and immunity test standards a flexible test bench solution is necessary. 2 POSSIBLE AVIONIC TEST SOLUTIONS: One possible solution is a combined AC and DC test system to cover also EUT s with more than one power input. Two independent power sources are connected to a connection and coupling network and to the EUT. The AC source can superimpose signals on the DC source output. For EUT s with one power input the test system setup is easier to handle. A universal power amplifier can drive all AC and DC supply voltages test by test. Superimposition of signals can be realized by modification of the amplifier s input signal.
