1 Updated 12/4/2017 Telecommunications & Data Services, Including Satellite Dish/Antenna Installations The Shops at Clearfork Notwithstanding any other information included in the Tenant Manual or any other supporting documentation, this Bulletin takes precedence over all telecommunications, data services and satellite dish/antenna installation criteria. Telecommunications & Data Services Tenant shall be responsible for providing telephone and data service cable from Landlord/operating company distribution points located within the building per Landlord s criteria. Tenant shall install all Tenant-specific telecommunications and data service equipment inside the Tenant leased space (e.g., routers, switches, cable modems, etc.). To establish services, contact one of the service providers below prior to opening to ensure service is active by desired date. Data and Telecommunication Carrier Options for this Center: NOTE: Space number and address will be needed to establish service as well as other carrier-specific requested information (e.g., Company Name, Contact Person, Phone, , Tax ID#, Description of Service to be ordered, etc.). Installations require Landlord approval through execution of a separate satellite/antenna Lease Amendment obtained through the local Property Manager.
