19 Commercially available items to be prepared by the user The items below may be required according to the installation environment of the user. Prepared by customer if it is neccesary. 20 Others Installation requirements Use this product in a place where the relative humidity is from 30% to 75% and the temperature is from 15 C to 30 C. If this product is used in a place where the relative humidity is 20% to 29%, or 76% to 80%, it is recommended that you use the optional humidity conditioning kit. The humidity conditioning kit controls humidity inside the paper magazine. However, it cannot provide sheet paper with conditioned humidity. Do not install this product in a dusty or shaky place. Do not suddenly raise or lower the room temperature. If the temperature is suddenly raised, dews may form inside the product and it causes malfunction of the powerpcb or paper jams. Casters are for moving this product. Once the system has been installed, be sure to fix it in place with the adjusters or jack bolts. If the level difference of the floor on which the system is installed (the height difference between jack bolts) is 10 mm or more, a plate or shim should be used to adjust the level. The floor should be strong enough to support 400 kg/m 2. Before shipping, the standard values have been input for each mode. However, they may vary depending on the installation environment and the use conditions. Change the settings if neccesary. The maximum permissible system impedance Zmax of this machine is j0.047Ω, supplied from a power distribution system having a rated voltage of 230 V. This system is connected only to a supply of that impedance or less. Determine the connection to a power supply in consultation with the supply power company. Store the ink cartridge and roll paper in a place with the following condition. Store environment of the ink cartridge: Ink cartridge in their packages can be stored at temperatures from 30 to 40 C. If the room temperature is around 40 C, use ink cartridge within one month. IMPORTANT When using ink cartridge, wait until the ink temperature becomes within the operation temperature of this product. Storage environment of paper (roll paper): Store roll paper in a place where there is no direct sunlight, with the following condition. The storage environment for unopened packs of roll paper and that for opened packs of roll paper are different. Unopened roll paper Store it in a place where the relative humidity is from 20% to 80% and the room temperature is from 15 C to 25 C. After-sales parts supply period As a general rule, the after-sales parts supply period for the imageing products we offer is 8 years after discontinuation of the product. However, please be aware of following At the point of discontinuation of this product, we may be obliged to establish an after-sales parts supply period that is different from the 8-year period mentioned above, taking into consideration various conditions such as difficulty in procuring parts. Futhermore, regardless of whether or not we establish a new after-sales parts supply period, we may find at a later point in time that some parts/and or material are difficult or impossible to procure due to a discontinuation or closure of the supplier of the parts/ material, in which case will be obliged to terminate the supply of the relevant parts (including consumables), even if the time specified in the after-parts supply period has not yet elapsed. If we ever reach a point where we are unable to supply critical parts of this product due to reasons such as those mentioned above, we will be obliged to terminate the after-sales parts supply period of this product.
