The Dorman Smith product range starts with simple SP&N distribution boards and continues up to custom designed, factory built low-voltage electrical switchboards for a broad range of commercial, industrial or retrofit applications. Dorman Smith Distribution and Panel Boards Modis 12 Switchboard The flexible modular concept of Modis 12 system allows the design and build of distribution systems, that meet the exact power expectations for systems up to 1250A. Available with MCCBs or fuse switch devices. Loadbank 250 Panel boards rated at 400A or 800A. Incoming devices can be MCCB or fuse switch devices. Outgoing devices are YA3/YB3 frame MCCB up to 250A. Surge protection and metering available as optional accessories. Loadbank 200 Fuse switch panel board system rated at 800A. Form 2 as standard and Form 4 achieved with optional shielding fitted. Outgoing devices are fuse switches up to 200A. Surge protection and metering available as optional accessories.

3 Metering and Surge Protection Metering The range includes digital kwh and digital multifunction meters and single phase and three phase MID approved meters. The new Ci5 Q2C Wiring Solution offers pre-cut wiring looms with a range of plug-in connections between the current transformer and meter for fast and error free installation. The MID approved energy meters feature direct or CT connection capability, sealable terminal covers and remote monitoring capability via SO pulse outputs as standard. Modbus RS485 RTU is available as an optional extra on some models. Surge Protection Devices Available in Type I and Type 2 and can be used with our ranges of the distribution or panel boards. Enclosures are available for each range. Circuit Protection Devices MCBs up to 63A RCBOs up to 45A RCCBs up to 100A MCCBs up to 1600A ACBs up to 6300A Fuse Combination Units Available as housed or skeleton units in three and four-pole configurations from 32A to 800A. Loadbank 125 Panel boards rated at 250A or 400A with YA2 frame MCCB outgoing devices up to 125A. Surge protection and metering available as optional accessories. General Purpose MCCB Enclosures Range of MCCB general purpose enclosure from 16A to 1000A include a mounting facility for integral meter and/or earth leakage relay and current transformers. Loadlimiter 63 SP&N boards rated at 125A and TP&N rated at 250A with various incoming options. Outgoing devices are MCB up to 63A and RCBO up to 45A. Surge protection and metering available as optional accessories.

4 Modis 25/32 LV Switchboard up to 3200A The Modis 25/32 concept provides a complete solution for almost all practical switchboard system applications up to 3200A. The modular building blocks of Modis 25/32 produce an effective, compact switchboard system with a spacesaving and high stacking density at the heart of the design. Modis system can grow with energy needs as its modular design is easy to extend and modify. Modis 25/32 busbar systems are fourpole with ratings from 800A to 3200A tested to 25kA, 50kA and 80kA for 1 sec. on the larger ratings. It is available in Form 4 type 2 or 6 construction with group or compartmentalised assemblies available. The system will accommodate ACBs, MCCBs and fuse combination units. Metering is available for all devices.
